[XB] Cannot save the game

I do not know exactly what the issue is by I cannot save my game no matter what I try. I log into the game and load into a save just fine, I play as normal, saving periodically, and after about 1 1/2 - 2 hours of play time when I go to save my game freezes on the “choose a save to overwrite” when saving the game and I cannot exit off of this screen until my game either crashes or I restart it. When this happens and I load back into the game it’s like I never got on in the first place and every time I had saved before my game crashed was erased including the games auto save feature.
