Issue: Crashing & All Game data deleted

Game Packs Owned: Get to work, City living,Seasons,Get Famous,Cats and Dogs, laundry Day, Strangerville, Vampires, Dine out
More in Depth Description of Issues Occurring : Game crashes every time I make a new sim and try to move them into a household. Issue first started when the growing together pack came out and haven’t been able to play the game since the official release and all my saved games were deleted
Troubleshooting Completed: Cleared cache, rebooting console, deleted game and packs and re-installed, Updated Console, Gallery was already cleared
All game data was deleted prior to troubleshooting!!
Resolution Hopping to Receive: Hopping I can play my game again without it crashing and if possible get my saved games restored and the game itself fixed/restored
PLEASE MAKE THE GAME PLAYABLE AGAIN!!!
