XBOX One, can’t load into game

I am able to launch the game, get to the home screen, and select save files to load, but then the game will sit on the spinning plumbob loading screen for hours and do nothing. This has been happening since April 27th and I haven’t been able to play anything. I have tried every recommended fix on almost all the forums and nothing has worked.
