When pausing the game for an extended period or while the console is in rest mode, the game crashes when trying to resume. This has been an issue in the past on rare occasion, but since installing the latest pack Businesses & Hobbies it happens 100% of the time. Resuming gameplay after idle results in a crash and the game has to completely reboot.
Playing on Xbox One, latest patches for console and Sims 4, No mods. Have most of the official content packs but the game was fairly stable until Businesses & Hobbies so that’s your likely culprit. Could be related to your new push ads for new content packs, if it’s trying to load them when the game resumes,
Please fix, it’s making the game unplayable if we can’t pause the session without crashing. Thanks
