Xbox unable to save after new file created ALL library deleted error code 21

First it started with error code 34. Then I “accepted the terms” and linked my EA account - great the gallery returns occasionally now👍🏼🙄. I’ve deleted my entire library of sims/homes  I’ve created in case one of the files was corrupted. Last night I recreated my sims, moved them into a home, remodeled the entire home, she gets pregnant - I try to save the file and get error code 21. Today the file is GONE. THE GAME IS UNPLAYABLE FOR CONSOLE USERS. Specifically XBox. This is WEEK 3 Of my complaints. Just send me the over $2k I’ve spent on all of these expansion packs, stuff packs, and kits. I’m done. 
I have a brand new series X with 2TB of space and we only play Sims. I have literally nothing saved anymore because I thought it was corrupted somehow. So now I have concluded this was in fact the GOD AWFUL new expansion pack update you all sent. You’re not even addressing it?!?$ there are several posts similar in nature. Fix it or give me my money back. 3 weeks is insane.
