console connectivity issues

I'm on PlayStation 5 I own all DLC. everything is updated. I'm using a LAN cable with excellent internet testing at high speeds. all other games run normally. earlier when I was trying to use marketplace it was telling me I wasn't connected to the internet but would let me use other things in the game that require internet and would function normally like looking up things on the gallery without issue. now it's letting me into the moolah and makerspace, download and look up things on the gallery but will not let me upload it says I'm not connected. to be clear I am not having internet issues.
