I purchased a makers pack. It has vanished.

Recently bought 500 moola in order to purchase a makers pack. It is no longer showing up in the marketplace. I have a screenshot of the purchase I made, and a photo showing I no longer have moola. I have checked my downloads manger, it says everything is downloaded. I have checked in cas and bb mode, they both say I have no makers pack content. I know for a fact a bought a build buy makers pack for 500 moola that same day I bought the currency. Customer support chat said they can’t help.

    Same here!  I just bought the boho bedroom makers kit and its nowhere in my game but says I own it and moola is gone....

    I do not recall, it's been a few days. I see all my other kits and packs, all I remember is it was a build and buy pack that cost 500 moola. A ticket was put in and it says it's been closed with no resolution. Kinda upsetting. (case#241439309)

    emilyedk​ In that case you'd need to speak with live support so they can look over your transaction history with you and verify which kit you've purchased- here on the forums we aren't able to access your account details to investigate further.
