Xbox game won't initiate after buying Marketplace content

I play on Xbox Online and the game started to be more glitchy after marketplace implementation. However, I could still play it and bought some maker kits yesterday and ever since I did it, I cannot initiate the game. If it does start after at least 6 tries, it then will glitch and turn off autonomously. I can open any other game in Xbox and it launches just fine, it's The Sims 4 the issue.

The only different thing is the content I purchased (Madlen shoes, make up kit and boho room). I did use the marketplace content in the household I now cannot initiate, as it's the last played household.

Can you please tell me how to fix this and ensure it won't happen again? Otherwise, I won't be buying any other maker kit, as they ruined my game.
