It's a good game but...
Why is the optimization not that good? I'm in a potato pc and found out about this game via tiktok and thought "huh, that looks fun. Let me try it". So I did, but I was surprised at how my pc run poorly with its default settings and had to resort to the lowest settings with the lowest resolution scale so the game can run ok. It's a skate game, graphics shouldn't be that demanding, right?
INDIVIDUAL Customization for Wheels and Trucks!
First, I have to say I'm hyped about EA's new skateboarding game. Seeing it all come to life is a childhood dream come true all over again! While I was imagining the tricks and customization of my skater, an idea came to me that I think would take customization to another level: the option to customize each wheel and truck individually. Imagine the creative potential: For the Wheels: We could create unique setups, with two wheels of one color and the other two of another, or even create a color gradient. It would be an incredible way to make our skateboard truly unique and personal. For the Trucks: The same logic! How about trucks of different colors on each side? Or matching the truck color to the grip tape or shoe color? The details make all the difference. Just as we can customize shoes, decks, and other parts individually, having this level of control over the wheels and trucks would be amazing for everyone's creative expression. I know it may seem like a small detail, but for us customization fans, it would be an absolute game-changer. The community is already creating incredible designs, and this tool would give them even more tools to do so. Who else would love to see this option in the game? Give us a "+1," comment, or share ideas for designs you'd create if this feature existed! Let's show EA how much the community wants it!
Haven't been able to play since release
I was playing day 1 of the games release an got to Tour 1:Skater Eyes completed it and as soon as a did my game crashed. I then loaded the game back up and it says I need to follow the AR path to the Tri-Towers I do and nothing happens but it still says that go with the flow and there & back are complete I have been waiting for a fix and nothing has happened. Literally can't progress at all.really difficult to do Smith/Feeble grinds
When trying to do a smith or feeble grind the game will automate the trick into a crook, blunt, or nose/tail slide. I think it would be better if you were able to do something like pressing R1/RB to activate technical tricks, this could also open it up so if you press the bumper and than do the same movement for a crook, it would make it a smith. This could also open the game up for more flatground tricks, or even some freestyle stuff. Smiths and Feebles are my favorite grinds to do in skateboarding games, and currently their almost impossible to do even straight rails, stair rails are just not physically possible. The only way I've been able to do them are either on accident, or doing a 5-0 and pointing the nose down, but this is very inconvenient.
More hairstyles and hair color!!! PLEASEE
We really need more options and variety of hairstyles, especially color as well. I was hoping to see some liberty spikes or Mohawks or just more of a variety. I, myself, got spikes and was tryna see if I can put some on my character but nah not any. Even for others, everyone has different hairstyles and all skaters come in different shapes and sizes and appearance. We need more options and not just stuck on basic normal options.

Hello EA Support, I’m currently playing Skate (Skate 4) on PS5, and I’ve encountered a persistent issue in the “Ripping for Rewards / Tour 1: Skater Eyes” mission. The game tells me to “go to Extravert to level up.” I’ve gone there multiple times, but the objective doesn’t update or progress. The Extravert shop opens normally, but there’s no prompt to level up, no crate option, and no further dialogue or trigger. I’ve tried all available workarounds, including: Restarting the game Untracking/retracking the mission Completing challenges and earning Rip Score Buying items from the store Joining other sessions Unfortunately, none of these resolved the problem. I’ve seen that this issue has been reported by many players and is listed as a known issue in the recent patch notes, but it’s still blocking mission progression for me. Please let me know if there’s an upcoming fix or a way to reset this mission without losing progress.
