Crash on launch

If this isn't fixed immediately, I'd like some kind of compensation instead. 

Give me back the money I spent on this game, because clearly I've been robbed.

Settings don't save, and seem to change at random, plus I can't even launch the game to be able to change them in the first place.

This is NEW, it didn't happen yesterday, and nothing about my system has changed. What the fv<k is YOUR problem?

Did u have a driver update recently? The latest Nvidia Game Ready Driver was causing my game to crash at launch and reverting back to the previous driver series fixed the issue. Did u try to verify the game files? There's no error code when this happens?? U can navigate to:

C:\Users\(Username)\AppData\Local\Skate

and check the Crashdumps folder located here to see what caused the crash. 

Also, they can't be held liable for anything that happens to ur machine. Liability isn't determined by whether or not someone cares about the EULA. Considering the game is running fine on majority of the devices running it, the issue would be with something on ur machine. Not like the issue I had on mine was cuz of the game, it was caused by the NVIDIA driver getting an error when allocating memory. 

I can't check the crash logs because the game isn't crashing, they would be irrelevant anyway. The game itself, or perhaps the anti-cheat required to run it, is causing my entire system to 5#17 the bed. This is the only game that does it so it must be Javelin

W gaslight. Class actions don't care about your arbitration orders. Liability is liability regardless. If you blindly signed a contract that said I could come into your house, take all your stuff and r4p3 you, that wouldn't make it legal.

Why are you even responding if you're on a different GPU, your issue is completely irrelevant and so is your bootlicking response about liability. Are you on the legal team, or just working for free?
