Says account disable but no reason to why.
Got a "Your account has been disable" messages when loading up, so i scan the QR code to see why but when I log in its states there is no penalty. "No History. You have no violations or appeals on your account" So at the next step it says to use the tool to appeal but since there is no ban to appeal, i cannot selecta anything. What do i do? Linked wrong PSN account. HELP Please!!!
I need help, I linked the wrong psn account as I was auto logged in on my browser. When trying to link my psn to apex legends, it just linked it to the one I no longer use but now I cannot unlink it and link it to the correct one and there is no way to contact EA and make a ticket as when I try speak to an advisor, it gives me an issue saying the advisor cannot help with this issue or something like that?? What can I do?
EA won't accept any purchase methods
I have been trying to purchase two expansion packs for the sims 4 on mac but every time I try to pay I get the message that this payment method isn't available at the moment or that they can't verify it's me. I tried apple pay, credit card and paypal (even a friend's klarna), tried to purchase via the app and a browser - I also used another browser but nothing seems to work. I've never had any issues with purchasing anything online so I'm sure the problem is not my side.Can’t get in touch with anyone!
Hi all, how do I get in touch with someone from EA? My account password has expired, and I no longer have the email or phone number. I was able to get in touch yesterday but now it keeps saying Advisors don’t support these issues? One of them also sent me an email address I could email only to get an email back saying the address is no longer in use? How can I speak to someone?
