Are there still any advisors available at all?
I keep trying to contact support using this form: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ (Which was a pain to find, by the way, I literally had to google it and find a link in a Reddit post) I've switched between reasons and issues but it all gives me the same screen: I am an EU citizen and I want to exercise my Right To Be Forgotten. That issue isn't supported. I've asked to delete my account. Not supported. Tried other reasons: game breaking bug in The Sims 4. Not supported. Can't launch The Sims 4. Not supported. Asking for troubleshooting tips in Spore. Not supported. Asked to view account data. Not supported. More troubleshooting tips in another game. Not supported. Link an account. Not supported. That was yesterday. I'm trying again today, using the chat bot this time. Still no support, not even if I claim my account was hacked, which should be an emergency situation. I'm at my wits end right now. I don't use this account anymore, but it still has all of my data, stored in a vault, guarded by nothing but machines, being carelessly bought and sold with no repercussions whatsoever. And I can't do anything about it because the support team seemingly doesn't exist. I'm going to leave this here and I'm not coming back until at least 24 hours from now. I need to take a break...💀 Just in case: please don't refer me to the help site. I've tried. Doesn't work. Give me an actual e-mail or phone number I can contact you with, or something else. Literally anything but the help site (or Twitter).
Not able to get Live Support via EA-Help/Salesforce
Hello, I am trying to somehow get my account reset so that I can link my Twitch account since the years old twitch account got deleted and I got a new one for the Twitch drops. I really want to keep my EA Account that I have since 2008 and not use a new one just for Twitch drops, I think I have every battlefield that was not on DVD/CD on that account. I tried to contact EA Help, but sadly something must be wrong. The EA Advisor booted me out of the chat without help because "I contacted him from another account" which of course, I was not. I made a new account and it seems on the new account your CRM System is working correctly the E-Mail does not show up as "null" but of course this is another Account i just opened for testing my end. I tried everything from myside resetting browser, cookies, sign out, sing in, multiple times. Something seems to be wrong with my Account EA ID: AMREX I attached screenshots of Salesforce/Connect Flow How am I able to get help?
need help because the web chats suck
its nothing new that EA support isnt that great, recently my account was hacked and presumably sold off, i try to do the account recovery process with an agent but they ignore half the things i say and just follow an unhelpful script, and upon telling me to find the correct info, which i know is already correct, they tell me its wrong, even tho i have provided irrefutable evidence that the account is mine, better yet they HAVE to use the first email the account was made with, i made my account a decade ago how the **bleep** am i mean to know that? I have the new email the account was changed to and the username since my friends still have the account added. Better yet i cannot escalate the case to a someone with more authority so i have to rely on the help of some agents broken english...
Lost Email
The hotmail that is linked to my EA Account got hacked and after countless attempts at regaining it i haven't been successful and thus it is locked. I would like to explore alternatives regarding my EA accounts safety so i can apply a different Email to my account. I could provide state identification if that would be helpful to the support.
Xbox account link problems
I keep trying to link my Xbox and EA accounts but I keep getting this error Your accounts can’t be linked because your Xbox account hollowfield already linked to your EA Account for 69*****@disabled.ea.com. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. I have only ever had 1 Xbox and 1 EA account so I'm not sure what the problem is.
