I have been banned for 3 years

In Fc25 I got banned i guess for trading coins I don’t known why and In Fc26 I got banned also and now even on Fc27 I got banned and even did not get welcome packs I don’t know why

    When it comes to account actions that don't feel right, please follow these steps to create an appeal so our Terms of Service team can take another look.     Omar14587​ No worries, hopefully you receive the response you're hoping for. If not, as long as the team doesn't say they consider the case closed or their decision final, you should be able to appeal again.
