Account is banned and ive never played before
Hi i am contacting you guys to figure out why my account keeps saying it banned apparently my steam is linked to an email that i have no clue about i just bought the game tonight loaded it up for the very first time and it said i was banned it wont let me link my steam to my account because it says its on another account i do not have access to please help meCan’t verify/allow my son to play Battlefield 6
I am trying to allow my 12 year old son to play Battlefield 6. I have authorised/cleared it from the Microsoft side of things (we are playing on Xbox Series X). When it comes to the EA side of things, I get a far as the pop-up screen that says “Enter parent or guardian email” - which I enter & click “send email”, then nothing arrives. Both my son & I have EA accounts. Can you help please?
