Cant unlink xbox account from EA account
A few years ago my Microsoft account was hacked and the email address was changed. i had a xbox account associated with this hacked account linked to my EA, i need to remove it and add my new xbox account. Whenever i go to the account management tab and try to unlink the xbox nothing happens; I click the big unlink button next to the xbox account name and a disclaimer pops up and i check the box acknowledging all the risks and click continue and nothing happens - the account is still linked. I tried seeing if i could contact support but the link isn't working for me. Hi, i bought nfs unbound in my steam an i used to open it from my steam then the EA app would connect atomaticlly. But now when i want to start game, the EA app show me a eror to change my password and reset the game. When i checked my linked acounts , it was also connected and didn't allow me to link them again. I am having an issue with my account connection. The email is no longer accessible because it was provided by my university and has already expired. I would like to request unlinking this email from my psn id and updating it with my new email or just unlink and delete it because right now, I can’t log in EA account so it’s mean I can’t update everything.
