Temp mail
My account was banned due to temp mail usage. There is no other reason for this, I was banned because I used it for quick registration and after my long research, these services can result in a ban in the game. That's why I'm afraid that my other main account, which I work hard on, will be banned. Please help me regarding this issue. Is there an ''EA'' official here who can help me with all kinds of controls? He can look at everything, such as the game history I have opened with my account, etc. I have already played a maximum of 3.5 games. I am afraid that my other main account will be at risk or will be banned because of the account I opened via temp mail. Because the account I opened via temp mail was banned.
Awful customer service
Was told it would be better to put this here so, here's a copy and paste of my previous discussion. A while ago I tried to unlink my playstation account from a previous EA account that I no longer have access to and can not get access to due to Microsoft not recovering previous email address. The customer service team kept asking for banking details and purchases when I never made any at all with said previous account which of course means they never unlinked said playstation account. Every other detail I gave them as they stated was correct. So because of that, I can no longer access anything EA online services. Bit of a terrible customer service in my opinion, I fail to understand why they can't just unlink one simple thing without needed bank details and such even when none were ever provided. Sorry for the rant but even if some simple ea employee could find a solution, would be grand however, I'm not going to hold my breath. Anyone else have bad service from them?
Can't Link EA with Xbox and can't recieve help from EA
I got PC game pass and went to link my EA account with Xbox but my browser was logged in with one Xbox account and the app with another. I realised this too late and had to unlink it. Now EA wont let me link the Xbox account I want to link because 'you can only link one Xbox account in it's lifetime'. Which is a very silly rule to have. Both accounts that I want to link share the same E-Mail so how is it a security risk. I went to open a case with EA but the support site is the worst I've ever seen. A support site that won't let you contact support. Who's Idea was that. Now im stuck with PC game pass and the inability to play EA Play games due to this.
Xbox Game Pass + EA Play – Can’t Play Any Game, Asking to Buy Full Version
Hi, I’m having trouble playing any EA Play game through Xbox Game Pass. Every time I try to launch a game, it redirects me to EA Play and asks me to purchase the full version. My EA account is correctly linked to my Xbox account, and my Xbox Game Pass Ultimate subscription is active. I’ve already tried restarting the apps, uninstalling and reinstalling EA Play and Xbox, but the issue persists. Has anyone experienced this before and knows how to fix it? Any help would be greatly appreciated!
EA Play not working
I bought a gamepass few minutes ago and decided to play EAFC but despite of every effort everytime I try to open Ea Play It's asking me to buy games. I can't access any games Included in my Game Pass. I tried linking and unlinking method multiple times and it still doesn't work. EA FIX IT!!!! (pls)
