Does EA Customer Service Just Not Exist?
I am trying to get help with an EA account issue where apparently my Xbox account is linked to a disabled EA account (not sure how or why this has happened). I am trying to get the account removed and the proper account linked, but I cannot for the life of me get any customer service support. Hitting "Contact EA Help" just runs me in circles. Most of the time a start a chat button is not even populating on any of the help pages. I tried to open a case for a chat and the one time I allegedly got a response the chat window never even opened for me to reply. There is no other email contact or phone number. I seemingly cannot speak with a person at EA customer support despite being indicated that my issue will need live support. I do not know the information associated with this deactivated EA account, and since apparently EA does not care at all about providing customer service I am stuck in a situation where I cannot play Madden 25 online with my friends. Frankly this is the most frustrating customer service experience I have had in a long time. EA clearly is cutting corners with user support and it shows. I had not log in for over a year, when I log in it says scan the QR because your password has expired. I scan it and it takes me to a page were it just blue and nothing loads. I go to link on my laptop and same happens. I go directly to EA and I log in and reset my pw, then I go to link my EA ID and it says this. I try to submit a ticket on the help session and it does not even let me submit a ticket the submit button does not work!!!! Account was linked before but for some reason it got unlinked and now when trying to link my EA account to xbox gamepass it says it cant because its linke to a account that ends with disabled.ea.com or something like that but when trying to login in via the xbox login i am told that no account is linked to this account my EA account works fine seperately and no message about why it was unlinked from either xbox or EA and while i can create and submit a support case nothing happens when clicking submit it just acts like a case was created but looking under my cases i see nothign has been created how do we open a new support ticket to get the account unlinked from this bogus disabled account34Views0likes6CommentsCan not access my EA Account

About a week or so ago, I noticed my EA games were not available via the Xbox app on my windows 10 pc. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app. I have restarted the Xbox app, the EA app and even my whole PC. I keep getting the message "We're having trouble connecting to the EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA support" Error code - 2147024891 (see screen capture). Sometimes I do not get the Error Code line.account linked to xbox banned and appeal has still no response!
I have this case number 219395062 that was initially created on august 14th, it is september 8th and I still havent gotten a single email from the tos team regarding details about this ban. Im not sure what caused it and im 100% positive i didnt do anything to break tos. I had trouble resetting password and credentials for this account for the bf6 beta as it seems many others have had as well where my account was showing some @disabled.ea.com email address, at the time chat queues for support were so long i couldnt get in touch with anyone. so i found a workaround of logging into ea via my Xbox single sign on, this allowed me to reset my account email and password and i was able to play the beta! but once the first weekend was over the account was banned without explanation and when i view the penalties on this account they just say “you broke a rule” it has been well past the 10 days to get a response on appeals so now im here making some noise. i know yall on the forums cant do anything about this but i want you to know i have already exhausted all avenues and options and still have not heard anything back. i have spent hundreds over the years on ea games and now am unable to ever play them again on xbox. what a shame! yall really need to do better i have created several appeals and cases and chats all to no avail, support chatters all tell me the tos team needs to respond well they never do! i feel like im screaming into the void! i just want my account back this was 100% banned in errorSolved71Views0likes3Comments
