Unable to unlink my Xbox account with unknown EA acc
I've tried to unlink unknown account from my Xbox acc, its ending information that this xbox account is already linked with email i don't recognize. Solution with reaching to EA support also does not work, opened case was missing 5 minutes later. At this moment i cannot use any EA game on my Xbox account because i've been asked to confirm code from email linked to my xbox account - which i didn't do. in short term both screen shows this email vo*****@gmail.com which is not mine, also i have tried to contact with Xbox support but received information that they cannot unlink email from their side. Sadly i've been left with no access to playing EA games on my Xbox.Gmail account change request
My Steam account is linked to an EA account with an email address I do not recognize (***@maneuveraomail.ru). I do not own this email and cannot access that EA account. So I was wanting to play some BF1 from steam, but my account kept saying it had a problem logging in and that I should try restarting the app and my password, I did so but nothing changed but when I went to the browser to try and link EA with Steam I saw this message appear It appears that my account is linked for steam to another Email that I have never seen nor used in my life I wanted to know if someone from customer support could help please I´ve been trying to find a way to contact support but I couldn´t find anything other than this.Steam account
I need help. There’s a strange Steam account connected to my EA account that I never linked. I do have my own Steam account, but the IDs don’t match. I tried to unlink it, but nothing happens. Am I doing something wrong? The Steam ID doesn’t look like a real one either… it’s just two characters and six numbers.
