Cannot get into a live chat with support
I have been trying for over a week to get into a live chat with EA support regarding unlinking my Xbox account from 2f********@disabled.ea.com - an email address that is obviously not mine. I have only ever had one xbox account and one EA account. Every time I try to open a case, instead of a live chat window opening when I click on the Chat button here: I get a response like this instead of a chat window opening: However no cases show up in my "Your cases" section of EA help despite receiving opening cases #967715288 #866029011 #806285781 #883465399 #999283356 This is legitimately infuriating and I just want this problem solved - Microsoft support cannot help, and EA support appears not to want to help.
Not receiving pre order or deluxe edition DLC
I pre ordered the deluxe edition of Dragon Age the Veilgaurd and have still not received my DLC. It just does not show up in the game. This has been happening since the release of the game in November last year. Does anyone have any idea how this can be fixed? It shows here but does not show up in the game at all. Hey everyone, I’m having an issue where the Xbox App on PC can’t connect to the EA App. I get the message: We’re having trouble connecting to EA App. Try restarting the Xbox App or contacting EA App support. I’ve tried everything: -Reinstalled both Xbox and EA App -Cleared EA App cache (AppData\Local\EADesktop) -Repaired Gaming Services and Xbox App -Searched everywhere on internet -tried contacting EA and XBOX weren't helpfull -Launched EA App first, then Xbox App -Rebooted multiple times Basically anything you can think of... i want to connect it because i have game pass on xbox and play some games that are on there. Please anybody help my head is gonna explode from this, just makes no sense.
