I am unable to log in to EA servers. I have performed all network troubleshooting. I created an EA account today but the issue is that the PSN account that is linked to EA account is to an email that I don’t own or recognize. I was able to link the EA account to many other things such as Gmail, AppleID, Twitch, etc…but it says PSN account is already linked to EA under a different email than the one I created the account with today and that it can only be linked to to one PSN account in a lifetime. What can I do about this? It won’t even let me submit a ticket because it won’t let me complete the form where I should be able to select platform.Solved25Views0likes2CommentsMy Email Has Been Hacked and can’t recover the account, Please Help

Dear EA Support Team, I am writing to request assistance with an issue regarding my EA account. It appears that my EA account is linked to an incorrect email address, which I did not create or recognize. This situation has caused several issues, including the inability to manage my account properly. Most importantly, my PlayStation Network (PSN) account is linked to this EA account with the incorrect email, preventing me from unlinking it. Since I do not have access to this email, I am unable to receive password reset emails or make any changes to the account settings. I was unaware that my PSN account had been linked to an incorrect EA account until I attempted to manage my linked accounts. Now, I am completely unable to access my EA account or make any modifications. I kindly request your help in verifying my identity and assisting me in either: Changing the email associated with my EA account to the correct one, so I can regain access. Unlinking my PSN account from the incorrect EA account, allowing me to link it to my correct EA account. Please let me know what steps I need to take to resolve this issue. I can provide any necessary information to verify my identity. Thank you for your time and support.Solved1.1KViews0likes2CommentsStruggling to Unlink Xbox Account from EA – EA Support Is Unhelpful
Hi all, I’m currently facing a frustrating issue with EA and I’m hoping someone here has a solution, or at least shares the same experience. My Xbox account is linked to an EA account that I haven’t used in nearly 10 years. Now, I’m trying to unlink the two, but the process has been a nightmare. EA sends an access verification email to my old email address (which is no longer active), and I’m completely locked out. I reached out to EA Support twice and, honestly, I’ve never experienced such poor service. They are asking for all sorts of personal information to verify my account, but here’s the issue: IP address: Of course, it doesn’t match anymore. I’ve moved twice in the past 10 years and changed PC's, Modems, etc.., so the IP address will have changed. Credit card number: I never had a credit card registered with EA, so this is completely useless. Birthdate: I didn’t enter my birthdate on my EA account, because it wasn’t required back then. Address: Again, I never provided my address to EA. So essentially, EA is asking for information that they never collected in the first place, only to turn around and say “We don’t have that information.” It’s ridiculous. Instead of just unlinking my account, I’m locked out and can no longer play EA games on my Xbox. Has anyone else dealt with this? Any suggestions or advice would be greatly appreciated. I’m at my wit’s end with this situation.119Views1like6Comments
