I can’t connect to EA
Me and a couple buddies have a dynasty together. We play very frequently, basically every night. I got on earlier in the day and played my game and recruited as usual, but then later I went to get on and got this error. (Seen in picture). I’ve tried deleting and reinstalling, didn’t work. I’ve made sure my accounts were signed in, still didn’t work. It’s really frustrating that something like this is happening…
EA Xbox account linking
When trying to connect/link my EA account to my Xbox account, I'm prompted with: Linked Accounts Found Your accounts can’t be linked because the EA Account for rs*****@gmail.com was previously linked to the Xbox account for <redacted>. An EA Account can only be linked to one Xbox account in its lifetime. If my EA Account can "only be linked to one xbox account in its lifetime" does that mean I can NEVER relink my account to my xbox..? I literally am trying to relink it to the xbox account the message says was previously linked.Lost account for create a new guest id overright guest accounts
Hi, I need some help with my EA account. By mistake I created a new guest account, and now I cannot access my old EA ID anymore. I purchased EA Sports FC 25 through my friend (I paid for it, so technically I own the game). At first I could play normally by logging in to EA using the "Login with Steam" option. But after a long time not playing, now when I try to log in again, the system asks me for a 6-digit verification code. The problem is the code is being sent to an email that is not mine (not the email of my Steam account), so I have no way to access it. This means my Steam account is linked to the wrong EA Account. I was shocked to find out about this, and now I cannot play the game I already paid for. Please help me unlink my Steam account from the wrong EA Account, so I can connect it to my own EA Account and play again. Thank you.
Unable to play any EA game on PS5 due to linked EA account no longer existing
Hi folks So this issue is affecting my dads PSN account, but since he doesn't have a working EA account I'm trying to sort this out. He wants to play battlefield 6 when it comes out but last time he tried to play an EA game (BF2042) he was unable to get past the log in screen as an error message appears informing him to relink his EA account. Trouble is the EA account in question hasn't been used in probably a decade and has been deleted as when trying to do the 'forgotten email' steps the result is some numbers followed by @eadeactivated etc. Is there a contact he can email or get in touch with to remove this linking so he can add a new EA account? His PSN username is Primus1
I have 2 linked PSN accounts?
I recently noticed my EA account got linked up with a second PSN account somehow. I was playing Skate on PC, switched to PS5. The next day my account had a new name (lmao). I look in my linked accounts and my main account plus the random account is linked. I can't find the second linked account anywhere with the name, so I'm a lil confused. Happen to anyone else? I should be okay to just un link that one psn account yeah?
