My ea account is bugged
i have an xbox premiem game pass and i wanted to play it takes two so i linked my xbox acc with my ea acc to play it but when i click install in xbox app it took me to ea app and started downloading the friend pass not the normal game my ea acc didn't detect the game pass i think how to fix it pleaseee help meEA App Not Connecting via Xbox App on PC – Tried Everything
Hey everyone, I’m having an issue where the Xbox App on PC can’t connect to the EA App. I get the message: We’re having trouble connecting to EA App. Try restarting the Xbox App or contacting EA App support. I’ve tried everything: -Reinstalled both Xbox and EA App -Cleared EA App cache (AppData\Local\EADesktop) -Repaired Gaming Services and Xbox App -Searched everywhere on internet -tried contacting EA and XBOX weren't helpfull -Launched EA App first, then Xbox App -Rebooted multiple times Basically anything you can think of... i want to connect it because i have game pass on xbox and play some games that are on there. Please anybody help my head is gonna explode from this, just makes no sense.
Xbox app failing to connect to EA app
About a week or so ago, I noticed my EA games were not available via the Xbox app on my windows 10 pc. I have tried to uninstall and reinstall the EA app. I have restarted the Xbox app, the EA app and even my whole PC. I keep getting the message "We're having trouble connecting to the EA app. Try restarting the Xbox app or contacting EA support" Error code - 2147024891 (see screen capture). Sometimes I do not get the Error Code line.
Games not working and disappearing
I have been a member for 10 years and never had this much trouble. I got a new computer for christmas and installed some of my games. My Dragon Age games in which I have the deluxe editions will not play. I get errors as if I don't have a license to play them. I have many different games in my library.....or I DID. When I logged in this morning they were all GONE as if I never purchased anything. My account information shows NO purchase history. What is going on? I did an app recovery and the library came back, but it doesn't help the issue for not being able to play the games.No Verification Codes
EA will not email me any verification codes (I checked spam folders) to be able to log into my account when I went to turn 2fa on (didn't know it was turned off because usually it sends me a code to be able to get into my account). It said 'Something went wrong' then when i tried to do it again it said it sent a code but I never received it.

Enchanted by Nature ownership disabled
I purchased Enchanted by Nature before trying to install Sims 4 onto my new computer, and I have kept getting the "Game ownership disabled or deleted" error. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling the EA app, clearing the cache, restarting the app, restarting my computer, and anything else that the live chat personnel have suggested trying. I have even submitted a ticket for this bug. Please help.
Steam account permanently linked to banned EA account – need unlink assistance
Hello. I have an issue with account linking that regular support could not resolve. My old EA account was permanently banned a long time ago due to an inappropriate nickname. I fully accept this ban and I am not requesting unban. However, my Steam account is still linked to that banned EA account. Because of the restriction, I cannot access the account linking settings to unlink Steam. Now I created a new EA account, but I cannot link my Steam account because it is still locked to the banned one. Support told me to contact ToS, and I already submitted an appeal case. But my main issue is not ban removal — it is only unlinking my Steam account so I can use my legally purchased games. Is there any way to escalate this case to account linking specialists or community managers for manual unlink review? Thank you very much for your time.
