Locked Account, Registry Issue ?? + ETC

I was trying to go onto Apex but I had to register to an EA Account which was weird because I have been playing Apex for a while now so I didn’t think much of it. So I logged in and said that I can’t link it because my steam account is already linked to the EA Account for my email. So I unlinked Steam with EA and then tried doing it again but now it doesn’t work. I tried Uninstalling it and Reinstalling it and it’s the same issue. I’ve been trying to work of this all day today
