Getting a loss after you opponent quits

During the final, I built a commanding lead with a score of 13-0. At that point, my opponent paused the game and subsequently quit. Despite my advantage and uninterrupted gameplay, the post-match review registered this as a loss for me.
I have retained full, unedited footage of the match that clearly documents the events leading up to my opponent’s decision to pause and forfeit the game. Given the evidence, I kindly request that you:
- Conduct a thorough review of the recorded footage.
- Verify that the loss resulted solely from my opponent’s actions.
- Reassess the final match decision accordingly.
- Refund or reinstate my rewards based on the performance and circumstances of the match.
