EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH on ARM64 Windows 11 Machine
Everytime I attempt to run F1 24 or F1 25, I get an EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe APPCRASH. (See Video Attached) The crash in the video is silent (no prompt) but at times I get a prompt mentioning issues with EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe. When I launch EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe from windbg, I see that the EXE seems to be a amd64 binary, and my device is an arm based. Is there no EAAntiCheat.GameServiceLauncher.exe compatible with ARM64??F1 24 won't launch, EAAntiCheat failed to obtain Origin directory
For the past several weeks, I have been unable to launch F1 24 on Steam. Each time I attempt to launch the game, it takes me to a black screen and then just returns me back to the steam game page. Each time I check the event logs it says the same thing: EAAntiCheat failed to obtain Origin directory. I have tried pretty much everything at this point. I have uninstalled the anticheat, updated it, repaired it etc. I have cleared the cache. I have tried to run the game on a different administrator account. I have uninstalled and reinstalled the EA app. I have cleared space on my hard drive. At this point I have run out of ideas. Anyone got any suggestions?F1 24 KEEPS CRASHING
ea support is bad. nothing happens when i try to solve my problem with them. game keeps crashing for no reason after reinstallation of pc (before it worked normally) just freeze and crash even in menu. i know the issue from pc protocol, but ea help and forums still cannot help me. i tried to do everything i searched on whole internet, nothing works. help please!
F1 24 keep crashes, 3 files failed to validate
im so frustated of this issues, i tried everything that drivers said in this forum 1. reisntall EA anticheat 2. reinstall and rolled back my vga drivers using DDU 3. tried to install the game on another SSD 4. tried run the System File Checker tool 5. clean boot 6. reinstall the game 3 times 7. reinstall steam 8. check the firewall 9. executions the F1 files on windows defender 10. delete the f1 documents none of this things works . can you guys help us or not??F124 crashing on loading screen
my game is crashing when the “EA sports it’s in the game” comes up and it shows all the F1 drivers. before the game starts this pops up “ Your version of Windows is older than the minimum version required - Windows 10 Version 1909 (Build 18363,1350). Please upgrade to the latest version.” i have Windows 11 Pro.
My f1 24 doesn't open.
I've already tried everything. This is what happens: I open the game, the F1 24 image of the anticheat opens, and then it closes and suddenly opens the EA launcher. Here are the list of things that i've tried: - Uninstalling and reinstalling - Reparing - Uninstalling and reinstalling the anticheat - uninstalling the anticheat and reparing the game - allow both the game and the game directory in my antivirus I'm playing on a Ryzen 5 4600G, 16Gb of ram, GTX1050TI, with the gamepass Anyone can help me? I'm trying to launch f1 24 through steam and after clicking on play button a splash screen appears after that a black screen and after few minutes the games closes and back to steam and this issue is happening on each launch and I can't play the game at all. This problem started mainly after the last update. Any fixes for it or any scheduled debugging? please look into this matter as many of the players are facing this. EA_AgentX EA_Bogdan EA_Draya Please escalate this issue. Checking the integrity of the game files shows 3 missing files of anti-cheat app which is looking to be the main issue.
