F1 24 KEEPS CRASHING

ea support is bad. nothing happens when i try to solve my problem with them. game keeps crashing for no reason after reinstallation of pc (before it worked normally) just freeze and crash even in menu.

i know the issue from pc protocol, but ea help and forums still cannot help me. i tried to do everything i searched on whole internet, nothing works. help please!
