Unable to play matchmaking or Portal

(dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 12.11.21 5:00 Summarize your bug I can't seem to play the game - matchmaking kicks me back to the menu screen. It seems I'm not the only one as other players have confirmed this as well. Now it's almost 5am... PC Specs: Windows 10, intel core i7 6700k, NVIDIA GTX 1080 How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Steps are in the video here: https://www.reddit.com/r/battlefield2042/comments/qs9mdx/i_cant_play_it_keeps_taking_me_back_to_the_menu/ The only odd thing I noticed is that when I first loaded the game and played the first tutorial, my game accidentally crashed or closed while I inadvertently opened up the console menu while adjusting my keybinds. So, not sure if the lack of completing the tutorial caused this. What happens when the bug occurs? I can never join a matchmaking game, I instead get brought back to the menu screen. Controller does not work on PC through EA app

No Which part of the game is the issue happening in? Game Menu In which game menu were you when the bug occurred? All of them and in game Please select your region North America On which server did this happen? When did this happen? (dd.mm.yy hh:mm) 12.11.21 Summarize your bug Controller on PC doesn’t work. Tried natively and using ds4 windows. Using ps5 controller. Using through ea desktop app. Launching through steam I assume is fine because steam has its own controller support. How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%) Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Just plug a controller in What happens when the bug occurs? All buttons are mixed up on menu. R2 is select. Circle and square are move left and right. Totally messed up What should be happening instead? The controller should just work like every other game in existence Fix this so the game is playable on pc with a controller

Technical issues & Bug Reports: Advice and discussion of technical issues as well as reports about bugs and glitches should be posted in the Technical issues & Bug reporting forum. It can sometimes be confusing whether an issue is due to a bug or a technical issue. It's okay if you're unsure where to post, but as a quick rule of thumb, a bug would need to be fixed in a patch/update, and a Technical issue might be fixable with troubleshooting. Bugs would include things like level geometry issues, missing textures or broken animations. Technical issues would consist of crashes on startup, game instability and performance issues. When providing information on a bug report, posting on an existing thread is okay if your issue is exactly the same as the original post. If you are experiencing a similar issue with slight variations, please create your own topic. If you find multiple bugs, create a separate thread for each one. While this may seem tedious, It helps us get to the point of the bugs making a more effective experience for you and us. Please post a subject with a clear summary of your issue. Starting posts with "I need help!" or "Can't play no matter what" only serves to make your issue harder to resolve. XBox Controller Not Working on PC for Battlefield 2042

I load the game. I turn on the XBox Controller. The controller does not work on Battlefield 2042. It works fine on Battlefield 5 and Call of Duty. What happens when the bug occurs? Nothing happens, the controller it not working. The mouse and keyboard is working. What should be happening instead? It should be working like it does on Battlefield 5 and Call of Duty I dont have any.
