Kane’s Wrath missing from my EA App library (C&C Collection)
Hey everyone, I'm hoping someone here can help or maybe an EA community manager can take a look at this. A couple of weeks ago, I wanted to reinstall some of my favorite old games. I own the Command & Conquer bundle on EA App (the one that includes all the titles and expansions), and I’ve always been able to play them all — especially Kane’s Wrath, which is my favorite. But recently, I noticed that Kane’s Wrath has completely disappeared from my library. All the other C&C titles are still there and install just fine, but this one is just gone. I’ve already tried everything I could think of — clearing cache, reinstalling EA App, checking for account mix-ups, etc. I even submitted a support ticket about two weeks ago, but I haven’t received any reply yet. Has anyone else run into this problem? Or maybe EA is aware of it?Any help or info would be greatly appreciated. I just really want to play it again. Alex
Command & Conquer Generals and Zero Hour Crash(and burn)
Saturday, August 30, 2025 8/30/25 4:49:09 PM Command & Conquer Generals and Zero Hour. I have repaired and repaired and repaired, but I keep getting the same error after the "splash" screen. [DirectX Error] "Please make sure you have DirectX 8.1 or Higher installed. Also verify that your video card meets the Min. requirements."... I have checked: I have DirectX 12 installed, and have a NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics card. Also: Please excuse my flagrant attempt to get my issue noticed a third time, because I have issued a "Report" twice now for this issue. This is not the first time I have had problems with Command & Conquer games, so please forgive my hesitation in believing they will address this problem quickly. I've attached my correspondence with steam. Basically, I can't purchase the game because it keeps failing to go through. In the end, steam points a finger at the publisher (after not helping at all or answering my questions), and claims that the issue is with EA. Is this true?
Red Alert 3 Bug and Version Problem
I bought the The Ultimate Collection to get RA3 from Origin, and my little brother just simply bought the RA3 himself from Origin too, we play together without any problem, but some recent update make things change. Now my RA3 become version1.13 automatically, even uninstall and install it again won't change anything, and with this my RA3's little loading page never display normally. Each time after I install the RA3 and first time open it, a window asking me to log into my EA account, even I had already open the EA APP and keep it log in, it's annoying but not big deal. And the worst is, since my RA3 become version 1.13, I could never play with my little brother again, the reason is that my little brother's RA3 is still version 1.12, and it even working without any problem and could play with others through it's version is not the latest. I'm really love RA3 and the time playing with my little brother, but I just can't solve the problem even I try my hardest, please, somebody help me.

so Command & Conquer ultimate edition bundle was purchased over 10 years ago the ea store saying i own the bundle but im missing about 8 cnc games from that bundle it can be seen in the atachments i own the ultimate edition but im missing the games
