C&C 3: Tiberium Wars map "Tiber River Valley" crashes the game

I'm writing here because https://help.ea.com/en/help/faq/report-problems-with-games-or-ea-account/ said to write it on the forum. I hope it's the right place.

I installed C&C 3: Tiberium Wars through steam.

I'm using Windows 10.

Trying to play a skirmish on the map "Tiber River Valley" crashes the game once it tries to start (after the load screen).
