app will not download my game i just purchased
ac9e8c78-c803-413c-a19e-a467f2ab54e8 purchased the deluxe to MOH - warfighter cuz the old copy i bought years ago on amazon would not download, so i thought maybe if i bought it from ea directly maybe it would work but no, the download process gets stuck at the preparing to download and doesn't go any further.....is it because i am running windows 11.......I've tried thee cache reset, running the app in admin, closing the background process.....nothing seems to work I can download it on my windows 8.1 pc but not my win 11.......is there a way to copy game files from my win8 on a flash drive and move them to my win 11??? is that a possible option?No Live Chat Option At all, as well as no response from Email Support
This might be the WORST support I have ever encountered online before. I have gone through every single help topic available with none of them having a Live Chat option available. I have emailed support and am still waiting back on a response 8 hours later, I am unable to use any games i have purchased because EA ALSO will not send any verification emails even when prompted so I am effectively stuck in limbo. I am this close to simply refunding my products and never using this company's products again.
Real Racing 3 won't let me sign in to my account ("Guest" problem).
lately i could only compete as a "GUEST". i try to sign in using google play\gaming hub and it goes to a screen where it opts me to put my email adress and says that "this account will be add to your device" (image "1") the thing is- that email (gamil) account is ALREADY ON THE DEVICE. so when i type my email and click "next", it says "This account already exists on your device" (image "2") and i cant put my password, so basically all my progress (long long progress) in the game is gone!!!!!! how do i restore it? i cleared cache, i cleared data, i un-installed and re-installed. what the.....****** is this!? i add 2 pictures so you can see what i mean.
Unable to register Spore/Access Spore online features even from EA Play
I originally purchased the game on Steam, but I reached out to EA support and they were able to add the game to my EA library after I showed proof of purchase. I launch and play the game through the EA Play application now. However, I am still unable to log in/register the game to an online account, so I can't access the online Spore features. I have also tried the EA Chat With Us tab & emailing support but have gotten nowhere. Is there a fix for this?
(PC, Steam) TF2 Freezing PC randomly when connecting to servers or games
Hi, I'm pulling my hair out currently trying to get TF2 running on my PC Consistently. When I load into a multiplayer game (and rarely, the main menu) the game freezes my entire computer, locking my cursor and requiring a forced restart to get out of it. This appears to occur completely randomly, as I when I do get into a game I can run it at 144fps with no stuttering or issues, so I doubt it's a hardware issue. I've searched everywhere for fixes and so far I've tried all of the following to no avail: Verify integrity through Steam. Clear cache through EA. Ran the game in admin mode and compatibility mode (for both windows 7 and 8). Updated graphics drivers. Lowered graphics settings many times. Adjusted server (London, Frankfurt, etc.) for MP. Reinstalling the game to two different drives. Below are the specs for my PC: Intel(R) Core(TM) Ultra 5 225F 3.30 GHz 16gb RAM MAG B860 TOMAHAWK WIFI (MS-7E39) GeForce RTX 4060 I think it's something to do with my PC reaching the servers as the game seems to crash either when finding the data centres or joining a game. If I undo the fix found in this guide (https://medium.com/@nart70/titanfall-2-how-to-fix-connecting-to-respawn-servers-bug-1a6adfc4af4d) the game appears to run fine, however I can't find a data server, meaning I wouldn't be able to play MP regardless. Any advice or similar experiences would be appreciated. Thanks!

System: PC Windows 10 Purchased on Steam Latest EA App Version 13.482.0.5995 I recently reinstalled Legendary Edition to replay the trilogy and no matter what I try I cannot get my controller to connect (I have PS5 and a generic xbox controller). I remember playing with controller just fine back in 2021 and the best I can find online is that this seems to be an ongoing issue with the EA App itself. I bought the game on steam, I have adjusted every possible controller setting on there. I have tried adding EADesktop as a non-steam game, and that does show the controller in the Legendary menu, but once I boot up ME1 it no longer shows any controller options. If anyone has any other work arounds to try that would be great!
