Real Racing 3 99% of the progress IS GONE!!!!

now, when i restore my data, it gives me like 7 cars instead of the 80+ i had and 99% of my progress IS GONE!!!!!! all the timings, all the R$, all the GOLD. anything!!!!!!!!!

and EA dosent seem to help. even thier chat tells me id**tic stuff or 'solutions' that i already tried!

anyone have any idea what to do!?!?!?!?
