Struggling to reset password

Hi,

I know my email and username on my account but are unable to reset the password because it asks for security code.

I am unable to log on to set it up again or remove it and get know where to reset the account somehow.

How do I proceed to get in touch with someone that I can remove the security code or gain it? I use PC
