I didn’t receive the materials from Tier 1 of the Cinta Kaz Marquee event, the ones you get for completing the battle for the first time. I included a picture of the materials.
The problem occurred during the battle. I think I set the battle to auto and opened the guild chat. Then an error message popped up saying an error had occurred and the pop-up window only gave me the option to restart the game. That’s what I did, since nothing else was possible. By then, Tier 1 of the event was completed, so I couldn’t repeat it and I didn’t receive the materials you get the first time because of the error.
Unfortunately, I didn’t take a screenshot of the error, so I don’t remember exactly what the error message said. The problem occurred a few days ago, but I haven't had time to report it earlier.
