human sim with vampire traits.
Sims Team, On my PC I randomly generated a sim that was a vampire was then changed into human in CAS. Upon Playing with the sim after completing the build it was noticed that the sim was indeed still a vampire with their health stats while in CAS still showing a human sim. Cheating the trait away using traits.remove_trait trait_occultvampire was unsuccessful with reinstating health stats to human. Concerned Simmer, Michaella
Young Ghosts Return Thread 2.0
I had to remake this thread since 1 edit to correct stuff since It was way outdated got it falsely removed by auto mod and wanted to get the main page up to date. So I have to remake it. I'm going to use the info from mod the sims to make it easier on myself. This mod brings back the old days where you can cheat Younger sims to be ghosts. With the Life and death update. The sims team restricted on which ages can be which type of Ghosts. Which made Toddler, Infants, adult pets and baby pets to no longer be ghosts. This mod allows the old days again so they can be ghosts again. There are side effects like stretching from young meteor ghosts doing the death animation. Toddlers walking slow but other then that it works well. Toddlers who have the laughter trait can make people playful like adult. This will also fix certain features like The premade Ghost Dog Captain Whittaker and fix the wishing well issues when you get a Ghost Child from there. I made this mod personally but I had people ask me from places to share it. Pets can only be Old age for reasons. I will say this. Bugs. I don't want to get this one removed and that might have been the reason. It brings the old days. They still can't die but you add the ghost traits with Cheats like the trait equip cheat. MCCC or UI cheats. The traits were enabled for them so all ghost types in the normal game are enabled for them but not death. You just have to add the traits to them with cheats like how it was before Life and death patch. If you use Young Ghosts Return and want to upload them to the Gallery or somewhere. Make sure to include this in the description. #YoungGhostsReturn That way. People will know the mod used in the upload with young ghosts and why it's marked as custom content. I had a sim i was playing set to turn into a vampire. She has "turned" and has the moodlets but yet cannot perform any of the vampire actions. Drinking from a sim or dark meditation, also she doesn't have a dark form. I attempted to change anther sim with the occult cheat and it didn't work either. Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title
[LS] Romance Consultant: Not getting promoted despite all fulfilled
She is in level 8 of the romance consultant career. She has the skills requirement to get a promotion. She has done the work task as well. There is the golden symbol that pops up when your sim is going to get promotion. But my sim can't get promoted, she is stuck in the 8th level. I have also tried cheat codes to give her promotion and I have also tried MC Command Center to cheat to get my sim promoted but they don't work either. So, my sims just got married, I save the game and then exit. when I got back playing again relationship status reverts back and have to ask my sims to be romantic partner again. So I go all through the process of getting married, save and save as before i close the game. When I got back on again, same thing relationship reverts back again. Good evening. Earlier today I tried to alter a Sim's career outfit through the cheat "sims.modify_career_outfit_in_cas". However, when I exited CAS, not only did it take an unusually long time to exit, but when it did it returned me to the world menu instead of to live mode. And when I checked on my households, all of my dynasties had been deleted. My noble sims still had their careers, but all dynasties and noble titles were deleted as if they never existed in the first place. I do have mods, but when I removed them the bug still persisted. Is there a work around I can use to edit career outfits so I don't destroy all the dynasties I created in my save? Edit By crinrict: Added Tag to Title, Adjusted Title
Gay Parents Are Impossible—Family Tree
I have only the base game and some kits. I wanted the complete family tree for the Calientes. For that I created Sims from the Calientes backwards. It worked before the latest patch. At first everything seemed to be fine, but the last patch messed something up, and I cannot fix it. Now I have the following issues: Pollination Technician 7 and Nestor cannot be fathers to Flamenco. Tango was set to be the son of Nestor and Dulcinea (somehow it's now Flamenco). At first it shows in CAS/Game correctly but with a warning. The final result is wrong, and then I have that what is wrong is also wrong in CAS, as seen attached. It's impossible to fix—because when I try to connect them again via CAS or try to change them with cheats in-game, the game freezes and crashes. I give up after 4 hours of trying, and this is the reason: as long as such issues exist, why should I buy DLCs if the basics don't work to begin with? 🤔 Then I created a new household and tried it multiple times. The relationship doesn't work in CAS because the warning sign indicates it. In-game I could achieve it with cheats—but once I leave this household and come back, the result is messed up! as seen in the results. Please fix it. Created an extra household called it "Setup Tango & Flamenco," where the issue pops up again. I tested it several times. Here is the link to the save file with this error.
