When I build with a platform, it won't let me apply ceiling paint to the area directly above the platform. I get a "nothing to change" message, but the ceiling remains the default white

Could you please provide the following information
- Are you using mods/cc in your game ? Please remove them and test without them if you do.
Removed and tested without them, the issue is still present
