Seasons Mode – Match Results Not Counting When Opponent Escapes
Hello EA Team, I am experiencing a recurring issue in Online Seasons mode on PS5. In many matches, when I am in a winning position (for example 2-0 or 3-0), my opponent suddenly escapes the game (force exits / disconnects). This can happen early in the match or even near the end (around 80+ minutes). When this happens, the match is not counted as a win for me. In some cases, it feels like the match never existed at all, as there is no record of it in my history. This issue happens frequently and negatively affects the competitive experience. Players who are losing can escape without any consequence, while the winning player is not rewarded. Summary of the issue: - Mode: Online Seasons - Platform: PS5 - Situation: Opponent escapes (force exit / disconnect) while losing - Result: No win is awarded, and sometimes no match record appears - Frequency: Happens regularly This might be a bug or a potential exploit. Either way, it creates an unfair environment and needs to be addressed. Please investigate this issue and provide a fix. Thank you. Salih
Can't connect to EA server
It has been going on for past few days. I'm trying to login to FC26 on my PS5 but it won't connect. It keeps saying "You have lost your online connection......" Only way I could connect was through my mobile hotspot. I have changed dns multiple times and even 2fa is off. I have tried. a lot of solution but it just wont work. Help me please :,(Request for an EA SPORTS FC Server/Data Centre in Winnipeg, Manitoba
I’m an EA SPORTS FC player located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada, and I’m asking EA to seriously investigate the lack of a nearby FC game data centre for players in Manitoba and central Canada. I play FC competitively and put a significant amount of time into improving at the game. My normal latency is approximately 38–45 ms. I have occasionally seen around 26 ms, but this is not consistent. Meanwhile, I regularly play opponents who are competing at under 10–20 ms. At a high level of FC, this difference is extremely noticeable. Player switching, first-time passes, interceptions, left-stick movement, tackling, skill execution and reacting to passing lanes all depend heavily on responsiveness. A player can make the correct decision and still feel behind the opponent because their inputs are reaching the server later. This becomes especially frustrating in Division Rivals and other competitive modes. I’ve played and beaten strong players multiple times, but the experience can feel completely different depending on the latency of the match. I’m not asking EA to make the game easier or give Manitoba players an advantage. I’m asking for a more level competitive environment. Please investigate: A Winnipeg/Manitoba EA SPORTS FC game data centre Additional server infrastructure in central Canada Better routing for Manitoba players to existing FC data centres Why Winnipeg players can sometimes receive significantly lower latency than usual, but cannot consistently connect at that latency Canada is a huge country geographically. Having infrastructure concentrated far away from central Canadian players creates a latency disadvantage that players cannot solve simply by purchasing faster home internet. Please forward this feedback to the EA SPORTS FC networking/infrastructure team. I would genuinely appreciate an explanation of what data centre Winnipeg players currently connect to and whether EA has plans to improve FC server coverage in central Canada.
I am losing connection to opponent during every game
I am trying to play any game mode; mainly clubs or rivals, and I cannot play a full game without my game freezing and then subsequently getting a popup saying "You lost connection to your opponent we'll check the match report to see who won and who lost". This happens on every single game now, I have not been able to play a full game recently. I am on wired connection, I have tried reinstalling the game, I have repaired my game files, I have tinkered with my DNS settings, I have deleted squad data files in the in-game settings. I am getting increasingly frustrated because I can't play this game with my friends.Incorrect matchmaking routing — Helsinki server missing [Xbox]
Hello EA Support Team, I am experiencing a sudden routing and matchmaking issue in EA Sports FC 26 on Xbox Series X from Kazan (Volga Region). Until recently, my in-game ping was stable at around 30-35 ms because the matchmaking system correctly connected me to the closest regional data center (Helsinki, Finland). However, over the past couple of weeks, my ping has permanently shifted to 45-48 ms. I have ran network diagnostics via my router and WinMTR on a gigabit wired LAN line (900 Mbps). The local network is completely clean with 0% packet loss. The router logs show that the matchmaking system now completely ignores the Helsinki hub and forces my connection directly to the Sweden Central (Stockholm) Azure data center. It looks like the automated regional load balancing system is currently broken or misdetecting the optimal route for our region after the recent August patches. Could you please investigate if there are any ongoing technical challenges, maintenance, or configuration changes regarding the Finland (Helsinki) game data centers for FC 26? Thank you for your support and I hope this routing logic can be fixed soon.
My ping has been significantly higher and much less stable than before
The routing to the game servers appears to have changed. Since then, my ping has been significantly higher and much less stable than before Why has my ping suddenly increased to 38–45 ms when it used to be around 24 ms? As far as I understand, this seems to be related to changes in Google's network routing, but I'd really like to get my previous connection quality back. It's not comfortable to play with this level of latency. In FC 25 everything was much more stable, and even when FC 26 was first released, the connection was perfectly fine. I'd also like to point out that you have a large player base from Russia and neighboring countries. It would be great if EA could add a data center in Russia. Please help improve the connection to your servers.Sky Internet - PS5 - FC26 & FC27
We're currently using Sky Broadband (UK) and have been experiencing ongoing issues specifically with EA games, particularly FC26. Other online games work perfectly fine, but whenever we play EA titles, the game frequently freezes and disconnects. To rule out hardware issues, we've taken the same consoles to other households using different internet providers, and the games work without any problems. This suggests the issue may be related to the connection between Sky Broadband and EA's services. The problems we're experiencing include: The game freezing during normal activities such as completing SBCs, managing squads, or changing players. The green FC26 loading/logo icon continuously spinning. Being disconnected from EA servers. Having to completely restart the game, often on a daily basis. We've already had Sky engineers visit our property. They confirmed that: All connections are installed correctly. Broadband speeds and performance are excellent. There are no apparent faults with the line or equipment. The engineers suggested it could potentially be related to server connectivity rather than our broadband service. However, this issue has been ongoing for months, and it's becoming increasingly frustrating. Given that the problem only occurs with EA games and not with other online titles, we're wondering if there are any known issues between Sky Broadband and EA servers, or if there is anything else that can be investigated. Any advice or assistance would be greatly appreciated. Can not access to my old account
Hello, my account was hacked and the email address was changed and 2FA verification was also set up through that email address, which I do not have access to. Please help me regain access to my account or unlink it from my Steam account and create a new one. My EA ID is Milan_2811, my steam account name is milan281105. Thank you in advance for your response and understanding.Seasons win not included in history 6:4 in 91st min connection lost
This is still not fixed. People exploiting connection lost issue, and rage quit after loosing a goal. It's months now, and still EA is doing nothing about this problem. How can I with clear conscience pay for new FC, when most interesting game mode is being neglected by the devs?
