World Of Chel Lag
Not sure if anyone else is having this problem but After all of the troubleshooting steps and trying wired/wireless connections no matter what I do my world of chel is so laggy to the point that its unplayable. In game it'll play fine for a few seconds, pause then almost fast forward as if someone is controlling it with a TV remote. It's horrible. Hey guys, I'm having a weird issue where my group cannot find a game in EASHL Club 3s when I'm in the group. If I leave and they have someone else play they find a game no problem. I'm able to play drop-ins and other game modes with no problem. No multiplayer issues in any other game installed on my Xbox. Our group was able to play together in a drop-in, just not with our Club. Could you please update me with the results of your monitoring? I can update you. I experience the same issue. I try to play the game occasionally (once in 2-3 days) but nothing changes, still drops me out mid game, can't even finish a match. I tried everything I could. 1. I tried both wifi connection and wired connection, neither works. 2. My internet connection is stable. 3. Checked, restarted router several times. 4. All the other games work, including other EA games (NHL24, FC24) 5. I cleared system cache 6. I configured network settings to use the IP addresses 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4 as DNS servers 7. I set UPnP active on modem/router Nothing seems to work. I have already lost at least 30+ games due to connection error. This is getting ridiculously embarassing. I paid heavy sum of money for this game, and has been buying all NHL-s since 2019. I literally stopped playng the game I used to play 200+ hours a year. I have continuously had issues with lag and input delay in almost every online game I have played in HUT. Over the months I have read many different forums from people with the same issues but still nothing has helped. I have already tried the following -Closing and restarting the game. -Powering off the PS5 before loading up the game. -Restarting the PS5 before loading up the game.Checking my internet connection and restarting the router My current setup includes - A wired internet connection with a download speed of 885 Mbps and a upload speed of 32mbps - Wired controller connection with a PlayStation certified usbc charging play cable in hopes to reduce the input delay. - 24.5in gaming monitor that has 1920x1080 picture and can run up to 240hz. As a fan who has been playing since NHL 13, I am really disappointed with how much of a problem this has been for the past like 4-5 games . Every time I try to enter into world of chel I get the same message "ERROR: Failed to retrieve data; please try again later. ERROR CODE: 8AF389A1C35E018E-0000000000017002-305AFB813FE0B9E0" Been having this issue for over a week and can find no solution. I talked with EA support and they told me to restart the game, clear cache, fully power off my xbox, delete game files, and change networks. Nothing worked. Seems like EA is aware of this but nothing has been done. How long until this gets fixed? Huge part of the game that I have no access to. Ridiculous for a $70 game.
