Here is another picture of my account being bugged. It's a individual account glitch. I've tired everything on my end to fix it. Please help.

I also can't click anything in the store, or any tabs up top. The only way I can get to the store is when I first log into the game, pages pop up and it said "hold x to see hot drops". It brought me to that page and I can see the items in the store but it's glitched, so I can't click on them or buy anything
