Game fails

Could you please update the game? It consistently crashes when attempting to play. Additionally, while in superstar mode, I am unable to use my token to reset my player, change attributes, or skills. Furthermore, when I try to equip accessories, they do not remain on my character once I start a game. I would appreciate it if you could update the game to resolve these issues.
