Please, please fix the townie outfits. I can't take it anymore.
We REALLY need these random townie outfits to be fixed, ASAP. And it seems the more packs you have, the more outrageous the randomly generated outfits become. I think having or being able to save premade outfits are a great idea, that would make townie makeovers so much easier. Or at the very least, there should be a specific selection of outfits that have been put together by an actual person (Devs or otherwise) for the algorithm to choose from. The randomly generated Sims and their outfits are just a bit too, well, random. It is way too time consuming to fix every weird looking townie and their outfits. But I feel like I don't really have a choice because playing with them looking like that really bothers me lol. I also don't appreciate when I spend 3 hours in CAS meticulously planning 5 perfect outfits for every category....And then I see that sim out and about still in the most absurd get up ever. This not only happens to NPCs, but also my active or played households as well. Like why is my recently revamped Mortimer in a purple sequence vest, hiking boots, super short gyms shorts, with his eyebrow pierced and wearing a top hat...... Maybe its just because I have more packs now but I don't remember it ever being this bad before. This problem has become very pronounced. Also, even more than just the clothes, random generated townies even just look weird physically. The characteristics they end up with just don't fit together. Surely there has got to be a better algorithm to make normal looking townies (And by normal I just mean not a bizarre mish-mash of features. And not being dressed like an alien who saw a clown once and thinks this is how all humans dress) Like
CAS Copy & Paste Feature
I was SOO excited when I heard we were finally getting a copy and paste feature in CAS in the Sims 4. But, I was a little disappointed when I used it for myself for the first time the other day. As someone who has so many random townies who wears the most random accessories and makeup, I find it upsetting there is no way to copy and paste just a bare face of someone who wears no makeup and no accessories. It takes me so much time to go through every clothing category to remove random cas/cc items from the sim, that if I could just copy and paste a plain/bare face it would save me SO much time. When I want to copy and paste a face of someone who is not wearing any accessories/makeup, the copy and paste button blurs out and prevents me from clicking on it.

I am apart of a Facebook group that has a bunch of ideas for new content which would be great if Sims4 creators would make! Zombies(extension to life and death pack?) fairies garages/Cars sims that have element powers(water,earth,air,fire) medieval times (Royal people) burglars criminal minds esque pack Spiral/Flareout staircases elder sims playing bingo no loading screens just walking map to map multiplayer occult sims have their own high school Teen pregnancy teens that graduate early having adult jobs more active careers realistic careers new maps underwater(mermaids extension) outerspace(alien extension) Something like avatar(blue people movie) amusement park more scenery mapsNPC Sims wear random cold/hot weather outfits not assigned
We REALLY need these random generated townie outfits to be fixed. Hear me out, there's a reason I think it might be a bug. This issue happens to my active sims too, sims that I've put a lot of work into, not just NPCs. And it is primarily occurring with the hot and cold weather outfits! I will put together outfits for both active and unactive sims, played and unplayed. But when those sims generate on a lot somewhere, or when you see their thumbnail (such as the relationship panel) they are never in their own outfits. The game just randomly throws something together instead of loading the appropriate garbs. It seems the more packs you have, the more outrageous the randomly generated outfits become. . For some reason when out in the world (and sometimes even as you load up your household on their own lot, they load with random clothes on instead of the outfit you literally just made for them) it is not always registering when sims have premade outfits already assigned to them. Like I said, it seems like most of these issues happen with hot and cold weather outfit categories. The game just doesn't like to load them for some reason. If its the household you are actively playing and you go to change outfit, all the outfits you made are still there, and when you change into them everything is fine again. It is just when sims are either generated by the game, when you see their thumbnail like in the relationship panel or in pop-up messages, or when sims are loading into lots. And its not every time, but it is very frequent.
