I don't know how to describe it other than getting a bunch of W's on the home page and in CAS. Here's a photo of it on the home screen, but I don't have any CAS photos since it sort of quickly flashes. This also isn't who I'm playing as currently, so I'm not sure if this is what pops up when you don't have a family or what?

this is the default family showing if you have no active family selected in your save game. The www is a bug and shouldn't appear on the main menu.
wwws in CAS are not a known issue so do you use mods/cc ? Where are you taken when you choose resume game ?
I use no mods, but I don't have a family selected in my current save, which makes sense. When I hit resume game, I'm taken to the select worlds screen, nothing wild. There are no other glitches or bugs that I can tell that's affecting anything other than the text. I just thought it was weird and not normal.
So the wwwww are just on the main screen not in CAS ?
No, it is, but it's just the WWWs, nothing affecting anything else. So the main screen and CAS both have it, CAS it just flashes and it goes away, its why I don't have a photo of it.
I've removed all my mods, deleted the caches in my files, and repaired the game but I still have this glitch. I have a windows surface 5 laptop.
I have the same bug. I even removed my mods and it still shows up. I just tested, based on this thread, if playing an active family and saving/exiting from play mode fixes it and it does. However, it is a little inconvenient that the bug will show up again if i save from the manage worlds mode.
I just opened my game and this has popped up, i have no idea why and all the W's. This is a random family that i never played with or let alone created. What is this? It's so weird.
