However, like many players in the community, I’ve been frustrated by the persistent lag and sluggishness in the menu system The Problem Navigating the menus has become a tedious experience due to: 1.Slow Response Times: Whether I’m accessing the auction house, building my lineup, or navigating through event rewards, menus frequently lag or take several seconds to respond to inputs. 2.Unnecessary Delays: Animations, loading screens, and data fetching often make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily drawn out. 3.Performance Issues Across Platforms: While this problem is particularly noticeable on last-gen consoles (PS4/Xbox One), even current-gen platforms struggle, making it clear that the issue is systemic. Why This Matters Hockey Ultimate Team is a flagship mode for NHL 25. Its success depends on smooth, enjoyable user interaction. When basic navigation feels frustrating, it detracts from the overall experience and diminishes the fun of building and managing a team. For a mode that thrives on engagement, menu lag can lead to player burnout and a decrease in overall satisfaction. Potential Causes: While we, as players, don’t have access to the underlying systems, it seems like: Server-side dependency issues might be causing excessive load times when fetching data (e.g., auction house updates). Poor optimization of menu assets, animations, or database calls could be adding unnecessary strain on the system. Outdated frameworks or “spaghetti code” may be contributing to the sluggish performance. Why is it that a card that takes 280 daily logins plus 20 objective collectibles so utterly useless compared to the current content released? 91 speed and acceleration on a 97 OVR card is such a joke. Do we have to wait for NHL 26 to be out for these cards to be useful enough to crack our lineups? HUT99 cards last year were at least accessible and useable by June and it’s July now. At a very minimum these cards should be 0AP like all your other ultimate MSPs.Oilers stars still 94 Rated?

I opened the XP Season 5 Superior Pack from level 35 of the XP path. According to the description it contains 8 items with a guarantee of 3 - 83+OVR and 3 - 81+OVR. I pulled a logo, an Arena, 4 82OVR, 1 84OVR and 1 89OVR. Is there anything that can be done about this??Banned
I was wrongly banned last night for roughly 12 hours for no reason. After 12 hours of being banned I received a email saying that EA sports made a mistake in banning me and I believe that I deserve compensation for being banned for 12 hours for no reason And I have all the emails and so forth in writing as proof.

You cant make this up Both TOTS Hellebuycks. My opponent's stands on his head making highlight reel saves. My Hellebuyck decides to let in 3 soft goals and flops like a fish to give my opponent an OT empty net. I dominate my opponent in every aspect. I played 10 times harder and my team just decides to no show. No checking. I'm the only one on the ice while my compys skate away from the play. I have 2 to 3 players on my opponent at times and my compys sit next to my opponent and do nothing. The proof is there. You guys ask for video footage. Here it is.I'm missing my fantasy card
I put the collectibles in for matthew knies two weeks ago probably it didn't make the card and it took my collectibles ive contacted ea help and they told me I would get helped about 10 times now and I still haven't received the card I don't know what else to do because it costed me alot of my cards.
