However, like many players in the community, I’ve been frustrated by the persistent lag and sluggishness in the menu system The Problem Navigating the menus has become a tedious experience due to: 1.Slow Response Times: Whether I’m accessing the auction house, building my lineup, or navigating through event rewards, menus frequently lag or take several seconds to respond to inputs. 2.Unnecessary Delays: Animations, loading screens, and data fetching often make even simple tasks feel unnecessarily drawn out. 3.Performance Issues Across Platforms: While this problem is particularly noticeable on last-gen consoles (PS4/Xbox One), even current-gen platforms struggle, making it clear that the issue is systemic. Why This Matters Hockey Ultimate Team is a flagship mode for NHL 25. Its success depends on smooth, enjoyable user interaction. When basic navigation feels frustrating, it detracts from the overall experience and diminishes the fun of building and managing a team. For a mode that thrives on engagement, menu lag can lead to player burnout and a decrease in overall satisfaction. Strategy Transparency
I find it really inaccessible to really figure out how to properly take advantage of team strategies from the sliders to how aggressive you want your team to be. I like to play a slower neutral zone passing game but I can’t really translate EA strategies into my play style and I have had to adopt a on the rush style fast offense. I feel there’s a lot of nuance to strategies that we are missing. I know EA provides explanations and videos for offensive strategies but I think a deep dive into all strategies would help us all understand better.
Top shelf goals challenge for Panarin collectibles is completely rigged.
They completely rigged empty net goals as well. There is absolutely no way to score top shelf on the empty net in this challenge. I have tried for 10 minutes with the opposing teams goalie pulled and not been able to get a single one yet. Slap shots break the stick every time. Wrist shots I have held to the side and aimed at the top of the net slide right along the ice into the bottom of the net. I am aimed high and every time it is the exact same thing.

EA_AljoGotta eventually address the community. Let’s speak about the rewards. Open up dialogue about this and let’s talk. You want our feedback, you’ll get it. Rewards are going to destroy HUT. Stop avoiding this and let’s address this massive issue. Please let me know who I need to contact at EA to pass along this feedback as it’s clear you don’t want anything to do with it. Where isEA_Aljo ? Has anything that’s been “passed on to the team” been addressed? Sets not being fixed? Events expiring early? Wrong event cards in packs? Not getting rewards/packs? Nothing on EANHLs socials addressing these either. Unless you count the people in the comments complaining about these issues.
Early Access XP path
Hello, the early access XP path stops at 115,750 points and it is not possible to reach or collect the 3rd bonus xp level. One other thing i noticed. Why is there a XP multiplier for Rivals? So with online playing, Wildcard or Rivals are let you progress faster throught the XP path. My question is why? Its a little bit unfair for players, who are only want to play offline.HELP, I made a mistake.
I hate myself. My Daily Hat Trick Weber I had up to 83 and was checking on how many more I needed to make it a 84 Card I accidentally degraded it back to 82. I screwed up so badly. How can I restore it back to 83 as I was 3 collectables out from making it an 84. I even have proof I had the card in my lines when it was up to 83. I'm absolutely sick to my stomach about it. Also the game keeps calling my team the expos when I'm set to the predators. Also attached it's my lines and the last goal I got with the card at 83.
Bought NHL 25 Deluxe and didn’t get my guaranteed rewards…
So I purchased NHL 25 and got early access. However, I opened HUT and to my surprise I didn’t get any of the players, packs, and points which were promised. I am extremely disappointed, as I was extremely excited to get a boost which I payed extra for, and to open the cover athletes pack to get my Matthews which is my favorite player and its also the sickest player card art I’ve ever seen. Still hopeful EA can do something about it and get me the rewards I payed for… XBOX: mapleforever
