UT Club Name Syncs but Squad Progress Missing After PSN Link
Hello. I recently had an EA chat advisor manually link my new PSN ID (DarthMET201120) to my main EA Account (DarthMET21). On the game's main menu, the system successfully pulls my original club name 'RossoBiancoBlu1' and 'Est. Dec 2022'. However, the second I click 'Enter Ultimate Team', the server completely fails to sync my actual squad file and forces me into the brand-new starter pack tutorial. The live chat advisors told me they couldn't help and closed the chat, but the data is clearly half-syncing right on my screen. Can a Community Manager or Senior Admin please escalate this to the database team for a manual persona migration review? I just want my actual squad progress synced to the PSN profile that is actively linked to my email. Update: I just spoke with an advisor on live chat who confirmed this looks like a backend server sync issue. They filed an official bug report on my behalf to the game team under Case ID: 248520291. Hoping a manager here can still look into the database migration!
Not Getting Division Rivals Matches
Trying to get the 90 matches milestone and currently stuck at 69/90 because no matter when I try, I cannot seem to get matches in Div. Rivals anymore. I am in the South East Asia region and my current Div Rivals rank is Division 3. Is no one really playing Division Rivals at all anymore or is the matchmaking broken? Because clearly there are 3k+ active players on weekends but I don't seem to get any matches no matter how long I wait.
Unable to Create or Rename Squads/Change Club Name,Ongoing Account Issue on FC24
Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game. Every match feels different: players move differently each time—sometimes normally, sometimes slowly, as if someone had tied heavy metal to their ankles. Passing works well in one match and is completely hopeless in another. Sometimes players run fast, and other times a slow defender is able to catch up with a fast striker, and so on, and so on. This is the last edition I’ve bought. There’s no point in torturing myself.FUT CHAMPS IS SO SO SO SLOW
Struggling to move my players can you atleast put some servers in London and stop crossplay its horrible experience playing fut champs players who lose 7 or 8 games should atleast get 3 extra games I remember when fut champs was atleast 20/25 games there is so much against you in this game and the main issue is the gameplay and connection dutch and german players completly slow the game down their internet is really good france have a very fast internet its not even a fair game I have changed my Internet Service Provider for this game so many times but the problem is worse than its ever been London has not improved their internet compared to countries in Europe and there is heavy internet usage in my area. Trace routes are pointless because I cannot change the route myself this is done through EA.
