Unable to Create or Rename Squads/Change Club Name,Ongoing Account Issue on FC24
Hello EA Team, I would like to formally report an ongoing issue that has been affecting my account for the past few days approximately 2–3 days. I am currently unable to create or rename squads, and I am also unable to change my club name. Every time I attempt to do so, I receive the following error messages: “Failed to create a squad”“ ''Failed to rename squad” When changing my club name: “Your entry is filtered because it may be used to offend or harass other players, which breaks our user agreement. Please enter a different text and try again.” This happens regardless of what text I enter. Even neutral names such as Squad123, Test123, or Squad777 do not work. The issue is persistent and does not depend on the wording used. I have already attempted the following troubleshooting steps: Cleared cache, cleared FC24 folder from my documents, clearing my squad in game redownload Uninstalled and reinstalled the game multiple times, and many other thing's i tyred... Unfortunately, none of these actions resolved the issue, which strongly suggests this is an account-related problem rather than a local or client-side error. This issue has significantly affected my ability to enjoy the game I paid for and has caused unnecessary frustration and loss of time while trying to fix something that appears to be beyond my control. I kindly ask that someone from EA reviews my account and resolves this issue as soon as possible. I am looking for an official response and a proper fix so I can fully enjoy the game. This game is unplayable.
Every match feels different: players move differently each time—sometimes normally, sometimes slowly, as if someone had tied heavy metal to their ankles. Passing works well in one match and is completely hopeless in another. Sometimes players run fast, and other times a slow defender is able to catch up with a fast striker, and so on, and so on. This is the last edition I’ve bought. There’s no point in torturing myself.FUT CHAMPS IS SO SO SO SLOW
Struggling to move my players can you atleast put some servers in London and stop crossplay its horrible experience playing fut champs players who lose 7 or 8 games should atleast get 3 extra games I remember when fut champs was atleast 20/25 games there is so much against you in this game and the main issue is the gameplay and connection dutch and german players completly slow the game down their internet is really good france have a very fast internet its not even a fair game I have changed my Internet Service Provider for this game so many times but the problem is worse than its ever been London has not improved their internet compared to countries in Europe and there is heavy internet usage in my area. Trace routes are pointless because I cannot change the route myself this is done through EA.Can’t access Live Chat for EA SPORTS FC 24 from Japan

EA Anticheat problem
I recently bought another computer, where I installed the EA app and downloaded EA FC24. After installation, the game didn’t start because it showed the following error: 'EA AntiCheat Service encountered an error.' What is the reason for this? On the new computer I logged in while I was logged out on my old one, so I was only active on one device at a time. What is the reason I can’t play the game on two different computers, even though I’m only active on one of them? I uninstalled and reinstalled the app, but unfortunately it didn’t help. The drivers are fine and everything is updated. I’ve attached the error message that appears when launching the game. Could it be that the problem is that Windows was activated in Legacy mode instead of UEFI mode? On my current PC, Windows is installed in UEFI mode and I can play FC24, but yesterday I downloaded Battlefield Redsec and it won’t start, also due to Anti-Cheat issues. Can anyone help?
