Apex Legends crashing my network adaptor
Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. If anyone has run into similar issues and have fixed it, please please get back to me for I have searched every possible fix and related topics and nothing has worked.
My account data is lost
Two months ago, I encountered a bug that reduced my account level to 1. After that, my achievements and badges were returned to me with incomplete information. The 20 kill badge, 4000 damage badge, and some other achievements will not be returned.When I contacted the help desk, they just told me to post on the forum, but they didn't do anything about it. Please, give me my data back.
Can't connect to EA server
Unable to access the game. At the data center it says downloading...0 but yesterday 08/10/2025 I was still able to access the game, then on 09/10/2025 I couldn't access the game. I tried changing the internet and repairing the file. At first I used it through EA and then I tried changing to use it through on Steam, but I still couldn't access the game.Where is my account need i explaining or my money back

Been trying to make a purchas for some apex coins to get another heirloom.. Made to 89.99 purchases last night with no issue, when i went to make the third purchase it would not process the payment. I tried using multiple cards, multiple banks accounts. Called my banks to confirm it wasnt on my end. After getting that confirmed attempted to make another purchase and the issue reoccured. Is the store down or is there another underlying issue?

Account Recovery / Lost Access....... ANY HELP
My main account which I lost access too was created using the Ex Wifes Email and Phone #..... i have all the transactions that were linked to the EA account still on my PlayStation. only thing is that Apex did an update making all users having making me having to log back in. which I cant remember. :(
