hi i need help whit this error
Hi, I’m a long-time Apex player on PS4. I recently bought a PC and I’m trying to download the game to play from here, but I keep getting this error. I’ve tried everything to install it, and I think the issue might be the anti-cheat not opening at all, but I’m not sure. If anyone has had this problem and knows the solution, I’d really appreciate it. Thanks!
Why Apex Is so terrible with servers in Europe
Hi I've been recently researching for upgrading my internet service/plan in the UK and came across Geo netting with getting the closest servers for games and then when into researching Amazon server locations in Europe and where their based and why is Apex Legends using EU-Central 1 when its had multiple problems plus Germany is not the best country for a stable FPS game server for low latency and the best gaming experience just because its center of Europe which i don't believe for a second it is but also why wouldn't you use EU-West 2 or 3 which are located in Paris France and London England which probably have better reliability and server connections and also lower latency for most people making the gaming experience 10 times better also feel like these servers will be more secure as well. Please Respawn switch the EU-Central server to EU-West 2 or 3 just to try it and see if its any better or maybe add more EU Amazon servers since this would help with people wanting to play and would make the game experience better for all since its not enjoyable in 2025 with issues like this. I feel like this is also a major problem that is not talked about enough or people haven't researched into understanding it better especially DEVs as well. The problem is that when I start the game, my friends see that I'm online, and I can enter their lobby, but my screen remains black with the Apex logo. After a while, I get a long server wait error. The game is up to date, the drivers are updated, the cache is cleared, and my internet connection is stable. I can't play at all
Crashing on launch & EA APP failures
This issue has never happened to me before but since the split whenever I launch the game the screen goes all glitchy and then crashes back to desktop, I use EA App and it tells me to repair the game but whenever I attempt a repair it only gets to 51% before it starts bugging out and the progress bar jumps between 9%-14%-51% then gives me an error, Even when I attempt to cancel the repair it bugs out. I've tried restarting my PC and the Ea App but nothing seems to be working & every other game is working fine on my PC. Has anyone else encountered this or any idea how to fix it?

I have been playing Apex Legends since Season 1 and have supported the game consistently. However, I have never received any Heirloom or Heirloom Shards despite opening a very large number of Apex Packs over the seasons. I kindly request that you check my account to ensure there is no problem preventing Heirloom Shards from appearing, as this is very frustrating after such a long time of playing and investing in the game. I am getting the "code: net" error in Apex Legends on Xbox. I have tried restarting my router and console, changing DNS, checking NAT type, and even using another account, but the issue still happens. Sometimes the game connects, and sometimes it disconnects randomly. I have been experiencing this problem for about two weeks, and this is not the first time it happens. Please help fix this server connection problem as soon as possible.
Apex Legends crashing my network adaptor
Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. If anyone has run into similar issues and have fixed it, please please get back to me for I have searched every possible fix and related topics and nothing has worked.
