Unjustified Ban
Hello, On Tuesday, August 4, around 5:00–6:00 p.m., I launched the game for Season 29, and everything was working normally. I didn’t have any issues. Then, after updating to Season 30, when I tried to launch the game, I received a permanent ban for “gameplay enhancement,” even though I’ve never used any software or mods. I really don’t understand this because the game was working normally right before the update and has always worked normally for me. I’ve already made several appeals to try to understand what happened, but I keep getting the exact same response. What disappoints me most is feeling like my appeals aren’t even being properly reviewed. It’s frustrating to feel like I’m the victim of an injustice when I haven’t done anything to deserve a permanent ban. Has anyone else been in the same situation? If so, how did you resolve it? Apex Legends crashes shortly after entering the lobby with no error message
Hello, I have been experiencing random crashes in Apex Legends. The game often crashes shortly after I enter the lobby. There is no error message or error code; the game simply closes by itself. The crash does not happen every time. Sometimes I can play normally, but even when I can finish a match, the game may crash when I return to the lobby without queuing for another match. I also noticed that reinstalling Apex temporarily fixed the problem. After reinstalling, I was able to play normally for about a full day, but the crashes eventually came back. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps: Verified the game files Deleted the Apex cache Completely reinstalled Apex Legends Updated and changed my AMD GPU driver versions Updated/changed the AMD Software version Disabled the MSI Afterburner overlay Added Apex Legends and Easy Anti-Cheat to the Windows Defender Firewall allowed list Tried launching Apex through both Steam and the EA app Checked Windows Event Viewer, but I could not find any useful crash information The crash happens regardless of whether I launch the game through Steam or the EA app. My PC specifications are: CPU: AMD Ryzen 5 7600 GPU: AMD Radeon RX 7800 XT RAM: 32 GB OS: Windows 11 I would really appreciate it if someone could help me identify what might be causing these crashes. Since there is no error message and the game sometimes works normally, it has been difficult to determine what is causing the problem. Thank you.

Hello, I need some help with Apex Legends on PC After the latest update, the game starts, shows the intro, and then crashes immediately with no error message. I play through EA App.I already verified files, reinstalled the game, restarted my PC,but nothing helped. ive had this other problem where my game freezes after 3 seconds of making it into the lobby and ive tried multiple things such as resetting my settings, putting it to windowed, and redownloading the anti cheat and now all of a sudden this error is popping up and i dont know how to fix it!( i was able to play apex on this same laptop about 20 ish days ago before i deleted it)Apex Legends file stuck in Queued Ps5
I download Apex Legends: Version 1.000.130 and it is stuck in queue on my ps5. It’s download 100% and still I cannot download the file. I cleared my cache, rebuild my database, reinstalled Apex too many times and still I cannot download the file. I also have enough storage because I only have Apex on my ps5 system. What can I do to fix this issue.
