Apex Legends code :net error
I am getting the "code: net" error in Apex Legends on Xbox. I have tried restarting my router and console, changing DNS, checking NAT type, and even using another account, but the issue still happens. Sometimes the game connects, and sometimes it disconnects randomly. I have been experiencing this problem for about two weeks, and this is not the first time it happens. Let me start with my situation. I very recently, yesterday, just got my new pc setup, everything runs perfectly, until it runs Apex. Everything is normal with any other online games im running, but when I launch Apex and load into the lobby, things will freeze up in around 30-40 seconds and dissconnects my wifi entirely. I found out that Apex is crashing my network adaptor whenever I load into the main lobby of the game, and it will not properly reset until I fully quit the game all together. I am 100% certin that this is a issue with Apex becuase every other game works just fine, I also run other games with easy anti cheat and thoes games work fine too. Ive tried many thing in atempt to fix this: uninstalling and reinstalling the game(steam) - did not work repairing the game(steam) - did not work changing to a different platform(EA app) - did not work repairing the game again (EA app) - did not work trounbleshoot net work adapter - did not work updating net work adapter folder - did not work uninstalling and reinstalling network adapter - did not work network reset - did not work changing the power management setting on network adapter - did not work I've played apex since season 3, the game just gets worse and worse. After quitting apex for a while and taking a year off from gaming all together I just want revisit the game I loved so much before, and I am again disspointed the game. I haven't been able to log into my game in tow months. At fist, the live support agent told me is was a mistaken ban and asked me to wait for ten days. Ten days later, When i contacted support agent, They told me they were repairing the system as quickly as possible and asked me to wait longer. At the beginning, There was no ban record at all, But after a months and a half, a ban record suddeny appeared. Then ban reason says that I violated their gameplay enhancement rules, But I have nvere used any cheats or third party software. This year, I have already been banned twice, and both time it happened right after I purchased the battle pass. I submitted appeals, and all of them were denied. plz unblock this quickly. After careful consideration, I strongly suspect that the ban was due to a conflict between legitimate background software running on my computer and the anti-cheat system. I am a law-abiding player with over 4000 hours of playtime. My recent game data (consistent with normal player behavior, without the use of any cheats or damage boosting software) is available for review! I am deeply sorry that my Apex Legends account was banned for using the "Tomb Raider" cheat software. I have uploaded evidence of the "Tomb Raider" cheat software for your review! Therefore, I request that you conduct a comprehensive technical review of my account ban record, especially checking the logs for any false alarms triggered by the aforementioned legitimate software. Almost two weeks ago, I purchased 6700 APEX coins, but I haven't received them. There are three deductions in my order history, two of which failed and one succeeded. My account was deducted from the balance. The order status shows that I have received the APEX coins. When I enter the game, my coins have not increased. I contacted customer service about ten times in total. One of them asked me to wait for the refund. After a week, I still haven't received it. I contacted customer service again and the person told me that I had received the APEX coins and had used them. I am confused because I didn't receive any coins at all and never used any coins. The last time I contacted customer service, they told me that they can mark this as a bug but they are unable to fix it directly or give me coins, so I am posting this article here, hoping to get a response.
