unable to access tabs, currency loading, no battle pass progression

i can’t access any tabs on apex my currency is loading and my battle pass THAT I PAID FOR isn’t tracking any progression. i have deleted the game and reinstalled 3 times restored licenses ive done everything and nothing works help

If somebody got solutions, please text it, I just got the heirloom und then my shop stop working (and other tab things). I’m writing almost a week later, this problem hadn’t been solved.
