Extinct players

Im running a Dominican Republic RTG where I only use Dominican players and players with Dominican roots, like Balde, and there are 2 bronze Dominican players that have been extinct since release, 63 rated Núñez and 61 rated Kaparos. EA, can you please ACTUALLY make these players available so I can finish the team? These are the only 2 players left and I need them for my team.
