So recently my account got hacked and both my account email and password were changed but thankfully i managed to get it back, however when i launch fc25 and try to play any online mode i found out that my account has been banned from accessing any online mode i emailed EA support twice explaining to them my situation but they denied my appeal request twice and received the following response Hello, We have received your most recent correspondence expressing concerns about the action that was taken on your account. After thoroughly investigating your account and concern, we again found that we actioned your account correctly after it was found to have violated our User Agreement. We will also be unable to provide any details regarding our internal procedures. Due to this violation, we will not remove the sanction that was applied to your account. After completing two full investigations into your complaint, we consider this matter closed Can Anyone Help me Please...
I can't connect to UT servers.
After a recent update, I can't log into UT, the Internet works, Steam, EA EPP, everything works without problems, but when I try to log into UT, it either says that the servers are currently unavailable, or completely breaks the connection and throws me into the offline mode with a message that the EA servers are unavailable, a connection error occurred. But sometimes, after 20 attempts, UT still logs in, for about 30 seconds, after which the error appears again and redirects to the main menu. But there is a connection to the servers, to check I played 1 match in the seasons and I was not disconnected, despite the fact that the lag indicator was red throughout the match. At the same time, after each launch of the game, when checking the integrity of the game files in Steam, 3 damaged files are found, they are downloaded again, but after the next launch and another check, these 3 damaged files appear again. I completely reinstalled the game, it did not help. How to solve this problem?Playing experience is at an all-time low
I play hackers in around 1 out of 5 games on pc. Completely destroys my record, my rewards and my desire to play this game. These hackers completely brick your players whilst boosting theirs with insane shooting, speed and automatic green timed shots. I make reports, i create tickets but I hear NOTHING back. The only thing I hear back is that my reports have been unsuccessful. What is even the point in wasting my time reporting? nothing gets done. The hackers are just getting more and more rife. My tiktok feed is just full of videos of people using hacks and selling them on a subscription. Selling FC25 hacks are a massive industry. All you have to do is google fc25 hacks and there are MANY different places to get them such as; cheatservice, lavicheats, privatecheatz, zhexcheats. SO MANY. Is anything getting done? do EA actually care? Another issue; game optimization for FC25 is horrible. I can play cyberpunk, ghost of tsushima and all the AAA games on ultra settings with super high fps with 0 issues. But somehow my pc struggles to run fc25 on ALL low graphics settings. I have watched so many tutorials on the best way to get smooth gameplay without stutters/lags. They improve to a certain point but is still terrible. You have to do magic tricks and perform file manipulation on the buggy **bleep** anti-cheat combined with counterintuitive graphics settings to even be able to have a playable game. While doing all of this, I still have to 'reactivate' my graphics settings every time I open the game. The graphic labels in the settings may display as unchanged but the game performs like **bleep** until you re-enter the best settings again. This has been the case since I moved over to PC 4 years ago and it just seems to be getting worse as technology gets better. How is this even possible? I won't even get onto pack weight in the store AND in the sbc packs. I spend so much time/energy and money on this game and it just seems pointless. I've made so many attempts to try to get some sort of compensation but the advisors cannot do anything. When things get pushed higher, it just seems to fall on deaf ears. Why is it that EA haven´t been able to deal with hackers. I just log in and want to play everyday but it becomes impossible when you go into a match and its so obvious when you´re facing hackers. Its not just facing a few every other game, but it feels like there a more and more people looking to cheat and its actually impossible to do anything. Its been not months but YEARS of the community asking to repair this, and even EA has acknowledged this but in their own sense refuse to do anything about it. A better anticheat would work or I don´t know you´re the multibillion company and should know what to do about it. The only reasonable and logical response to this is that they keep earning and it seems about the only thing they care about. I spent my money for your game, you earned, so how about fixing your game.
