I’m beyond frustrated. I’ve broken 3 controllers because of how unplayable this game has become. I just want to enjoy football. Players with 90+ passing ratings can’t complete basic passes. Goal kicks always favor the opponent – I can never contest them fairly. Momentum is absurdly unbalanced – it feels like the opponent starts every match 1–0 up. The game is full of bugs, broken mechanics, poor AI reactions, and unfair physics. Please fix this. This game is not just about monetization — it’s about delivering a fair, enjoyable football experience. You’re letting down the core football fans who just want to play the game we love.

Hello everyone I understand that all feedback can't be acted on, but am I the only one asking for more fair treatment for offline Ultimate Team players? Seems that feedback has been completely discarded and disregarded. Now more multiplayer exclusive players than ever, more exclusive objectives than ever, more exclusive evolutions, another exclusive evolution in the tab, and we are still stuck with ultimate TOTS pick 1 of 3. And on top of it all, nearly making the season pass multiplayer exclusive, since I'm still at level 17. New multiplayer modes being teased as well, which I have no problem with, but what's coming for us? I'm not asking much, we paid for the game, and a better experience than this, not to be methodically pushed away from the way we enjoy playing. I preordered FC 26 Ultimate Edition on Steam 6 days ago. My EA and Steam accounts are linked. Last night, the packs appeared and the 1600 fc points. But when I try to open the Packs, it says "Pack Not Available, Please try to open/preview another pack." Then the packs disappear. Every time I reload the Ultimate Team web app, they show up, and the same thing happens. Same as the actual game. I have created two cases with EA support, and neither case can be opened. Can someone at EA please help?What happened to Double XP?
When futties released on FC25 ultimate team, it said in the release statement that you would be providing "Double XP" for progressing in the season pass, however the XP being provided for the weekly objectives is actually half the amount of XP we received last season. Is this intentional or a mistake?always kicks me mid game
when I'm playing singleplayer or multiplayer draft, around minute 75-85 it always says, "error with your request" and kicks me out of ultimate team, so it shows that I lost the game, even though I can be winning like 5-0, it's happened twice already and that's a loss of 30k coins, which is a lot for me since I am barely starting out, can I get my 30k refund or any solutions?
