EA App keeps kicking me to Offline Mode / EC: 10007 (EA FC 26)
Hello EA Support / Community, I am constantly getting disconnected from my EA FC 26 matches (specifically in Rush / Ultimate Team) on PC via Steam. During gameplay, the game suddenly kicks me out with the error message: "You're in offline mode. It looks like you're logged in on another device... Error code: EC:10007" followed by "Unable to connect to the EA servers. Please check your internet connection, make sure the Platform Client is online". Things I have already tried without success: Re-installed EA App and did a clean login ("Keep me signed in" checked). Cleared EA App Cache & deleted temporary AppData folders. Untrusted all devices from my EA Account settings and reset my login session. Added EADesktop.exe, EALauncher.exe, and FC26.exe to Windows Defender / Firewall exclusions. Running both Steam and EA App as Administrator. The EA App keeps randomly dropping its background connection and switching to Offline mode by itself while playing, ruining matches and giving DNF penalties. Please investigate this issue, as it is clearly a bug with the EA App background session sync with Steam. System details: Platform: PC (Steam + EA App) Game: EA FC 26EA needs to get rid of their app
As the title says, the app needs to be removed and EA needs to **bleep** off. First off, no one wants to install the EA app just to play a game. Second, no one wants to install an app made by a 6 year old, an app of which repeatedly opens throughout the day when playing an EA game. I've also had numerous instances where the EA app overrides Steam and forces the game to close out of the blue. With that being said, the EA app is going to be the reason why EA ends up in a massive lawsuit not only for forcing consumers to install an app that serves no real purpose at all but to connect to EA's services; but installing an app that behaves like malware and takes unauthorized action on a person's computer. With that being said, if EA is going to have an app, they need to do what Rockstar does and just have it run in the background without bothering the user or interfering. I lost Ultimate parts in NFS because the **bleep** app closed the game. To top it all off, I don't even use EA's services, nor do I care to.Time Played Rest to Zero since the Update
Since the recent update, my playtime hours have been reset to 0. I had my game offline and not set to update automatically, but the EA App kept forcing the issue, which I kept rejecting. Then, on Thursday, I updated my game. It did not recognise all the packs I had, and I had to re-download them. I cleared the EA App cache and re-downloaded all the DLC's. From there, I noticed that my played hours had been reset. I thought it might need 'time' to register the hours from my profile, so I continued to play, hoping this would be rectified. To date, this has not happened. I went from over 18000 hours to 5 hours (which is the time I was streaming The Sims 4) and as of today, 24 hours played only. I'm attaching screenshots of my hours in February 2026 (I don't normally take a screenshot - didn't know how important that was going to be!), but I found one from the 27th of February 2026 showing that I had 17005 hrs and 26 minutes played. I want my hours back, please. How do I do this? It cannot be possible that this happens!329Views3likes12CommentsEA App crashing
EA App crashing I've been working to troubleshoot this issue, and there seems to be nothing that can be done. Ultimately, I'm unable to play NCAA 27 as it crashes during the load screen and gives me an error stating a cloud sync issue. During the troubleshooting, I also noticed that the EA app will no longer open on my computer. When I launch the app, it will take me to the login screen for about 5-10 seconds and crashes. I tried to repair it, uninstall it, and redownload it, and the issue persists. I've done troubleshooting on the Steam end as well, verifying the file integrity, but I'm currently at an impasse.EA App not launching
I'm at a loss, my EA app outright refuses to launch, I've tried re-installing it, checking if Windows is blocking it and all the fixes Google could come up with but nothing. I've tries clicking App Recovery but that doesn't launch either. It use to run a few months ago and now nothing? Fed up as I can't access anything. It doesn't even appear to be trying to load on Task Manager. I've tried repairing it, etc etc etc....nada. Any ideas?EA App Flyouts
EA App has annoying flyouts that are distracting and break window cohesion: Other terrible game launchers (read Epic Games Launcher) use similar methods of pushing out garbage that no one pays attention to... Good game launchers (read Steam) don't have disruptive, distracting excrement that takes up valuable screen space.8Views0likes1CommentEA App opens by itself after exiting out of app
This issue just started in 2026 for me, I am on Windows 11 25H2 running the latest build. After I'm done playing a game and exit the EA App via exiting using the sys tray, it will randomly open itself again after a few minutes. There are no updates and no linked apps causing it to open, Open on startup is disabled and I have the app disabled for starting with windows in task manager. I've seen multiple threads created about this occurring as far back as a year, but there has been 0 fixes found. This needs immediate attention by the developers as this should not be happening. EA devs feel free to message me for logs or whatever is needed to get this fixed.“You don’t have enough disk space for this update”
Every other time I try to play my game I have some sort of issue, I have to uninstall and reinstall sims 4 every time there is an update. Now I can’t even open the ea app and I’m not getting an option to clear the cache either. I have basically wiped everything on my computer just so I can have my game and it’s still having issues what should I do? I’m on a Mac.Huge gpu usage
Hello, Last month i was playing FC24 without problems . Suddenly the last few days, i could not play due to VERY bad performance. I checked my gpu and i noticed that EA App is using 100% of my GPU even without a game opened. When i close EA app, Gpu usage goes back to normal. I re-installed the app but nothing changed. It's unplayable if EA app is using 100% of my resourses. Any suggestions?
