Broken EA App.
I hit play on my game from the EA app, and it just doesn't open the game. Google said it could be broken mods and that I should try looking for them and delete them. I've done that, and my game still won't open. I've cleared the Cache in both the EA app and my game. No luck. I've tried deleting the EA App and my game. Still won't open. I play The Sims 4; I forgot to mention that. At this point, I don't think it's my mods messing up the app or the game. I think it's just the App that doesn't work.
The game control and pack Opening
Your game control are not good and I can't win any of the match. your **bleep**ing is so bad that I open 3k gems pack everyday and I don't get the max ovr players i need to exchange with shards and that lost all my new and so many gems. And my friend who comes in the game rarely and he get max ovr players from 2500 gems pack. Thats not good for a person how play every day. I short i want to say that you need to change the game control and the pack Opening system.The EA app is crashing as it's opening
I've tried everything to get the app to work for about 4 hours, checking for Windows updates, rebooting, soft reboots, redownloading the EA app, and even looking on the forums. All I saw on the forums is that others are having the same problem, too, with no solution. It crashes so fast that it doesn't even give you enough time to try and force it to stay open or put your information to login.
friend list are stuck
My profile picture, status, and friend list are stuck in an endless loading screen (please find attached). Because of this, I can't see my friends online in-game, and they can't see me either. While I have no issues playing the game solo, I'm unable to play with friends anymore. I've followed every troubleshooting step, including multiple reinstalls, and have reported the issue several times through the EA app support option — but it still hasn't been resolved. Hello. I just got skate. for PC this week and I downloaded it. When I click the play button in the EA app, it'll launch the game. When I click start on the main menu, I cant make it past configuring. The game crashes and sends me back to the EA app. Any suggestions? I disabled the antivirus on the EA app and the skate folder itself and tried to repair the game and it didn't work.Jet Set Solitaire
I have been stuck on a level over a year, and I cannot get past this level. I have tried to contact support with no success. In order for me to get to get to the next level I need to have 16 stars. No matter how many times I try a level I just can't get past it. I will try to send attachments.
Games removed from library despite owning them!
i will be honest here a little frustrated that i cant just play the games i have outright purchased, Today it was Battlefront 2 i have played it not too long ago and today went to load the game and says it has been removed if i want to add it to my library i have to go to the store and re purchase it so i cant play a game i had just played maybe a week ago and this isnt the first time this has happenedEA App – Game license expired (EC:204) despite internet connection
Hello EA Support, I am unable to launch my EA-purchased game due to a license issue. When launching the game, I receive the following errors: "We've noticed your computer is currently offline. To activate your game on this computer using your EA Account, you'll need to connect to the Internet." "The game license has expired – Error code: EC:204" However, I am fully connected to the internet and successfully logged into the EA App. I have already tried: Reinstalling EA App and EA AntiCheat Clearing EA App cache and program data Running EA App as administrator Flushing DNS, resetting network settings Using mobile hotspot instead of broadband Creating a new Windows user profile Booting into Safe Mode with Networking Ensuring system time and region are correct (Bangladesh) Allowing EA App through Windows Firewall Despite all this, the game still won’t launch. EA App works fine otherwise — it logs in successfully, but the license will not refresh. Request: Please help refresh or activate the license from your server side. I believe this is a backend license validation issue that cannot be resolved from my end. Let me know if you need my EA email, game title, product code, or PC specs. Thank you, Mehedi Hasan
