Incredibly slow installation
Lol, the funny part is how EA can’t even manage to create an app (and I still don’t get why it’s even necessary) that actually installs properly. Downloading The Sims 4 – all 50 GB of it – took me just half an hour. And now I’ve been waiting two full hours for their mandatory app to install. And we’re still stuck on… “Installing the EA app…” Oh yes!!! And the help? "Try booting your PC in Safe Mode" and other BS. Like… seriously? Can’t you just make an app that actually works? Or is it that you only care about squeezing money out of people for thousands of DLCs, which they then can’t even play? Oh wait – of course. I forgot about EA’s core policy: "Everything for our profit. Screw the customer."
Game doesn't start when installed on the Hard Drive
I tried playing some EA games, but after installing them on an external hard drive, they won't lauch properly. When I click Play, the splash screen appears breafly, then closes, and the EA app opens again. The games only fail to start when installed on the external hard drive.

Title. I've tried resetting the cache, using the repair button, reinstalling, restarting my PC. It doesn't even show that it crashed, it just doesn't start. I can install it and everything but it just doesn't restart, I can only open the EA app via uninstall menu. I've used EA about a year ago and it worked perfectly for Fifa 23, no longer works.Error Code 404 on my Child's EA account
Recently my child has been wanting to play F1 23 with his older brother but is unable to download the game using the linked Xbox account even with the game pass being purchased. When clicking on the app, it brings us to an empty library and attempting to move out of it gives the message Error 404 this page does not exist, from my understanding this occurs when a child's account is linked to the Xbox, is there any way to resolve this from the parent's end, he is a teenager now but the account tells him he is still a child.
the Ea app is not showing up/ not visble
for some reason after i closed my sims game the other day when i tried to reopen it the ea app dident pop back up on screen the icon was glowing but i could not see the screen and i think it messed with my sims game to , while i can access my sims game its acting funny i want to repair it but i literally can not see the app i have no access it pls fix this
