Skate Don't Launch (Steam and EA)

I haven't been able to play the game in steam for several months, everything worked fine before that. When you start skate, an anti-cheat window pops up, loads, and the game closes. I tried all the guides, reinstalled the anti-cheat, the game, verify the files (steam shows about restoring some three files everytime), run as an administrator, deleted the skate folder in app data/local, I tried installing the game in the EA launcher, wrote the values -dx11 -windowed in the startup parameters. Nothing is working, please help me, I just want to play this game.

There's been a number of other reports of this, myself included, in the past 3 months that have gotten ZERO acknowledgement or help, so pretty much those of us having this issue are pretty much $hit outa luck. EA doesn't care about a small percentage of people in a free-to-play game.

same here. I've been playing this game for years in playtests on the same PC with no issue. suddenly for about a month I can't even open the game without it crashing my PC. It seems there's no fix in sight and I'm 100% certain EA would just avoid blame and claim it's something on my end even though it's obviously thru broken unoptimised game.
where's the support???
