I cannot play Ash its bugged.
So when i logged in to my account after months i saw ash is locked and the ''unlock legend'' button is blank. I contacted with the EA support team but they said they have nothing to do about it and i have to understand the situation. How can i understand a situation which is not my problem, its EA responsibility. I spend money for the legend skin yet i cannot even play or re-purchase it.15Views0likes1CommentUnbelievable! I’ve got more than 1,500 hours in this game—how am I only Level 1?
My EA app shows everything normal—playtime, achievements, all of it. But when I launch the game and get to the lobby, it says I’m a Level 1 player. I contacted customer support to appeal this issue, and they told me there’s nothing they can do about it. Their response actually made me laugh out of anger!9Views0likes0CommentsCritical Reconnect Failure & Unjust RP Penalties (Recurring Issue)
I am writing to report a critical issue with the penalty system in Apex Legends that resulted in an unfair and severe punishment during a ranked match. Today, during a Diamond-tier ranked game on PC, I experienced a very brief internet disconnection lasting no more than two seconds. My connection restored immediately, and I attempted to reconnect to the ongoing match without delay using the game's reconnection feature. However, instead of successfully rejoining my squad, the game forcibly returned me to the main lobby. Subsequently, I received a 10-minute matchmaking ban penalty and, most detrimentally, lost 162 Ranked Points. This is extremely frustrating as our squad was in a stable position at the moment of the disconnect, and I was on track to gain approximately +32 RP for that match. The system did not provide a viable reconnection path despite my immediate attempt, punishing me for a minor technical hiccup outside of my control. Losing 162 RP at the Diamond level represents a significant and demoralizing setback, negating hours of dedicated effort. I am writing now because this identical situation has just happened to me AGAIN, which proves this is a recurring system failure and not a one-time error. In this latest match, I experienced several very brief disconnections over a minute (each lasting only a few seconds) during a critical fight. Each time, my internet recovered fully and I was able to click "Reconnect" immediately. However, on the final attempt, the game did not put me back into the match. Instead, it threw me to the lobby with a message that the match had concluded, and I was again penalized with another -162 RP loss, while my teammate was still actively playing in the game. This is completely unacceptable. I am being punished with the maximum penalty for a technical issue I cannot control, and the game's 'Reconnect' feature is fundamentally broken, failing to do its one job. I kindly request a review of both automated penalties on my account. Please consider reversing these 162 RP deductions and removing the associated bans, as the punishment is disproportionate to the circumstance—a fleeting connection loss followed by an earnest but blocked reconnection attempt. The reconnect functionality clearly and consistently fails in these scenarios, leading to unjust outcomes for players who are willing and trying to continue the match. This is now a pattern. I hope you can address these specific incidents and urgently note the broader system behavior for immediate improvement. The reconnect feature must be fixed to handle short, real-world internet fluctuations, or the penalty logic must be adjusted to recognize when a player is actively trying to rejoin. The current system is actively punishing your most dedicated ranked players for trying to play your game. P.S. And here's the most infuriating part that confirms it's the game's issue: these disconnects happen almost exclusively during intense fights (never while looting or rotating), and they never occur twice in a row. It feels deliberate, like the game kicks me the moment the action starts and then blocks me from coming back. I don't have this crippling reconnection problem in ANY other game. Thank you for your time and assistance.24Views0likes0CommentsEA app DECEMBER 2025 update bugged game with lag like stuttering.
I updated the EA app and as soon as a did it made my game stutter and lag. It is like every 20 frames it skips frames. So constant stuttering. When i did the update it was giving errors and not closing app as well. Same when i exited the game, it says still in game but no game info on task manager to shut down. I need to go to task manager and end task for EA app to get the game to start. I tried to repair the game. Clear the EA app Cache. Uninstalled the app and the game and reinstalled and same issue throughout past 3 days. Apex is the only EA game i play but not unplayable. I also tried all sorts of other things like EA overlay and window change and all sorts of setting changes. EA App somehow messed up the game. Only game i play from EA but all other games on my PC work fine but Apex is stuttering and unplayable.203Views0likes1CommentGame Doesn't Close If You Try to Leave after Selecting Auto Queue Option
If you press auto queue after a match ends and then if it takes too long and you just wanna leave the menu and go back to loby; it doesn't go back to lobby anymore. The game keeps running in the background and you can't close it at all. Even trying to close the EA launcher itself doesn't close it; trying commands to force close it doesn't close it either. You have to either shut down the pc entirely or restart.35Views0likes1Comment📝 Bug Report: Missing Purchased/Unlocked Items (Apex Coins, Skins, etc.)
📌 Issue Summary: Purchased/unlocked items, specifically Apex Coins and various Skins, are missing from my account inventory despite being marked as claimed in the Battle Pass (BTP) interface. 🗓️ Date of Occurrence: The issue has persisted since November 3, 2025. 🎮 Specific Item Details: Item Type: Apex Coins, Skins, and other miscellaneous items. Specific Battle Pass: The purchased BTP is for the second half of Season 26. 🚨 Detailed Description of the Problem: I purchased the Battle Pass for the second half of Season 26. Since November 3, 2025, several rewards that I have unlocked, particularly the Apex Coins and various Skins, have failed to appear in my account's inventory or balance. When checking the Battle Pass (BTP) screen, these items are clearly marked as unlocked/claimed. However, the actual coin balance displayed in the top right corner of the screen has not been updated, and the Skins are not available in my inventory. This issue has been ongoing for a significant period. I have already contacted customer support and they are aware of the issue.12Views0likes0CommentsApex has been booting my system into recovery mode for 4-5 months
System: MSI Bravo 15 C7vF • NVIDIA RTX 4060 8GB VRAM • AMD Ryzen 5 7535HS • 16GB RAM • 512GB NVMe (original) • 1TB NVMe (new drive) I've been experiencing this issue for the past 4-5 months ever since the time i got myself a new nvme (Predator GM7 1tb) at that time Apex had the fixed landing spot in ranked, just before Wild Card came out i think. for my gaming laptop. I for some reason ever since that day been getting that issue specifically on apex only. I played apex more than an hour and launches my pc into recovery mode. Then when i tried other games like Marvel Rivals, Helldivers 2, etc. for more than 3 hours, Nothing happens. Here is a list of what i have tried (1) Clean Windows Reinstall & System-Level Fixes, I've reinstalled windows 4 time ever since the issue happens nothing seems to change from doing this, still causing apex to launch to repair mode. Side note: after reinstalling windows i always install AtlasOS right after a reinstall. (I don't think it affects it though) (1.1). I've tried installing windows on my new NVMe and only apex in that same NVMe and have the C drive removed since it originally has the windows, My memory is still a bit fuzzy about this since nothing really significant really happened, which means it don't seem to work at all. (2) Verified game intergrity on both Steam and EA play, Nothing seems to be affected from doing this, still causing apex to launch to repair mode after a few matches ranked or LTMs. (3) Updated my drivers, I've always had my drivers updated (mainly nvidia tho) ever since it happened. until recently i just updated my BIOS and it still causing apex to launch to repair mode. (4) I moved my APEX from my D drive to my C drive, It still causes the issue if i were to have both the C and D drive in my system. (4.1). Unless if i were to remove my D drive, The issue never happened a single time if i were to play ranked or LTM's. I played for hours in apex and i have no problems at all. But this solution was not optimal for me. So i moved on to find the next solution which is having Apex on my C drive instead of my D drive. (5) I installed APEX on Steam and EA on my D drive and also my C drive; This solution worked half half i guess. It still crashes my game in like 2-3 matches in ranked, then couple of LTM matches if i have my D drive still in my system. But if i were to have apex on my C drive while i still have my D drive installed, i would still be booted into repair mode. (6) I returned the new NVMe and gotten a new one from the store i bought, Look at the image attached. The Black screen was the initial error that I got before I got the new NVMe. The Blue screen was the error that I have been getting ever since I got the new replaced one. Findings - Error Codes: Initially, the system would boot into Windows Boot Manager with the error code 0xC0000001. Later, it would also trigger a repair mode with the same error code. - Crashes occured on all the game modes i play Pubs, Ranked, Wild Card, LTM's except for Firing range. - The crashes are not recorded in the typical crash dumps. I can try giving screenshots of my event viewer but it is kinda difficult for me to understand what the issues because i don't really know what to look at. (If you are interested in looking what the logs are saying then do say so) Conclusion I am still unable to play apex properly for the past 4-5 months because of the update that occurred and also because at that time I upgraded my laptop by adding an additional 1TB NVMe for my gaming laptop. I tried all the methods that i have mentioned above, and it still doesn't solve the problem. It still stops me from playing the game properly and crashing mid-match. If anyone has a solution for me to try please let me know. I am desperate to play apex without an issue at all.40Views1like0Comments
