aura bug

I always enjoy playing Apex Legends. However, an aura bug has been occurring for several months now. As shown in the image below, I've reached Diamond rank, so my in-lobby view shows a Diamond aura. Yet, from my friends' perspective, it appears to be a Silver aura. Furthermore, once I enter a match, my in-game view also shows a Silver aura. This affects my motivation, so I would appreciate a prompt resolution.
