EA Account Support
My Email that I used to create my EA account got deleted, and I cannot provide the verification code to EA. Therefore, I have tried numerous times to get it back through the "EA account support". Each attempt takes about 30 minutes, and I have tried at least 8 times. I constantly provide screenshots of me in-game, the accounts that are connected (Steam, Epic Games, and X Box), and the receipts of me receiving the game as a gift. On top of that, I even provided the code I used to redeem EA FC 24. Furthermore, I even managed to log into my account, as I was not required to put in the verification code, and texted from the account. But, it seemed to make absolutely no difference. Every time, I receive the same answer, that I did not provide enough data to prove the account ownership. The support then leaves the chat and never helps me or provides me with things I can provide next time. It seems as all the extra info I give is ignored and not considered. And because I did not purchase anything directly through EA, and I have no credit card connected, they refuse to give me my account. It is very tiring speaking to this very poor customer service, that does not seem to care or have any intent of helping me solve the issue.
BF6 Xbox Series X freeze and crash while flying jets
Ive been having a very frustrating issue with Battlefield 6 and it is the only thing preventing me from actually want to play this beautiful game. It only happens when Im on a large map on conquest and I either free look behind me or just fly around, it happens to both attack and fighter jets. Yes I already reinstalled the game like 4 times and cleared the cache, uninstalled the campaign and REDSEC, reset my xbox, turned off crossplay. Nothing seems to work, like I said it is the only thing that keeps me from playing it because I love flying the jets. Small maps dont crash either, the game only crashes while flying jets on big maps, DICE should look into it because It seems to be a issue with plenty of other people.Request to Bring Back the Beloved Game “Village Life”

Like thousands of others, I have incredibly fond memories of building families, growing villages, and watching generations flourish. Village Life stood out with its emotional depth, peaceful gameplay, and unique generational system—something we haven’t quite found in other games since. Even years after its removal, the community remains active—sharing screenshots, nostalgic memories, and hoping for its return. There are countless social media groups and forum threads filled with people who would wholeheartedly support a remaster or revival of the game. We understand that re-releasing a retired title is a major decision. However, the demand is real and the love for this game has only grown stronger with time. Whether it's a refreshed mobile version, a limited-time release, or even a spiritual successor, we’d be thrilled to see Village Life live on in some form. your support system is a joke you say we can launch a case and a ticket but then provide no way to access it was good is being able to see my cases and tickets but then not allow me to create a new one. well done EA you have successfully taken so much of money whilst providing a useless service with no way of using the products I have spent my money. i fear unless you resolve this soon myself and others will look elsewhere.Are there still any advisors available at all?
I keep trying to contact support using this form: https://help.ea.com/en/customer-care/ (Which was a pain to find, by the way, I literally had to google it and find a link in a Reddit post) I've switched between reasons and issues but it all gives me the same screen: I am an EU citizen and I want to exercise my Right To Be Forgotten. That issue isn't supported. I've asked to delete my account. Not supported. Tried other reasons: game breaking bug in The Sims 4. Not supported. Can't launch The Sims 4. Not supported. Asking for troubleshooting tips in Spore. Not supported. Asked to view account data. Not supported. More troubleshooting tips in another game. Not supported. Link an account. Not supported. That was yesterday. I'm trying again today, using the chat bot this time. Still no support, not even if I claim my account was hacked, which should be an emergency situation. I'm at my wits end right now. I don't use this account anymore, but it still has all of my data, stored in a vault, guarded by nothing but machines, being carelessly bought and sold with no repercussions whatsoever. And I can't do anything about it because the support team seemingly doesn't exist. I'm going to leave this here and I'm not coming back until at least 24 hours from now. I need to take a break...💀 Just in case: please don't refer me to the help site. I've tried. Doesn't work. Give me an actual e-mail or phone number I can contact you with, or something else. Literally anything but the help site (or Twitter).
