Make the Mean Girls cursor trail available outside the EA app!
Hi! I wanted to share a small feature suggestion regarding the Mean Girls theme in the EA app. I absolutely love the sparkly cursor trail that comes with the theme. It is genuinely one of the nicest cursor effects I have seen — it is whimsical, subtle, and really well designed. ✨ Since the EA app is usually only open for a short time before launching The Sims 4, I would love to be able to use that cursor effect outside of the launcher and across my computer. I think it would be amazing if EA considered releasing it separately. Personally, I would love for it to be included as a free bonus for people who already own the Mean Girls content, especially since the pack itself is paid. However, even if it were released as an optional paid digital item, I would still be interested as long as it were reasonably priced. It feels a little sad for such a beautifully designed effect to only appear during the few moments we spend in the launcher. I would genuinely use it every day, and I imagine other players who love customizing their desktops and keeping that whimsical Sims aesthetic would enjoy it too. My main EA account was hacked into and my email account (the only thing i had linked to that EA account) was changed. If i attempt to access my main account or attempt to change my password for my main account, it sends a verification code to the hacker's email instead. I made this account to try and report the issue, and have created cases in the past , but none of them were answered and all of them were closed. I'm posting this here in the hopes that there is someone in this company who is willing to so much as try to do anything about this. [Image removed - CM]BF6 & Apex crashing PC's
Intro Back in Jan of this year, I decided that enough was enough, Apex was doing nothing about cheaters & games/services in all industries just haven't been the same since the 2020 flu (I totally get it). I uninstalled Apex, after 15K hours and 25K+ kills with Rev and lord knows how much $ I spent on the game, I was now a "homeless gamer". PROBLEM: Keep in mind, I play on super low graphics settings on both games So around Feb/March, I decided to give BF6 REDSEC a try, it was around Season 2 I think. The first game I loaded into, the textures weren't even loading and when you landed it took about 10 seconds to load the floor, the walls, and the loot boxes etc. So being a bored gamer, I stuck with it, and after some time they seemed to fix these issues and it started to play alright (minus the Console vs PC in BF6. IYKYK). Any who, everything was going well, so well that I even bought the full BF6 game. THEN season 3 hits, and maybe around early to mid August, I started getting freezing games, gray/black screens and my PC would shut down completely. At first, it was a DPC_WATCHDOG_VIOLATION (GPU/Graphics hang up), I thought ok, it could be myGeForce RTX 3090 OC I bought in 2022, "maybe I need to upgrade to a RTX 5080". I searched through forums and reddit and it seems that others are having the same issues. Thinking it was something with a BF6 update, I then got up the courage to re-install Apex(Sept), after a 9 months break, I couldn't get through 2 games without the game suddenly shutting my PC down. Either a grey screen, sometimes black, I could move my mouse curser still, followed by an abrupt shutdown. I then thought, "uh oh, my PC is dying!". I then again turned to forums and reddit in BOTH games and found multiple people having the exact same symptoms/issues. I have since done stress tests on ALL of my parts on my PC and found no errors of any kind, I used OCCT for the tests. Also note that this does NOT happen in any other games. Also to note, that when I would launch back into Apex after a crash, ALL of my settings would be erased for my keyboard. Literally ALL would be gone, I would have to click on "default controls" to get them back. All temps while in game are around 78-81C Trouble Shooting: I rolled back drivers, updated drivers, I went into my BIOS took off my XMP profile, played with XMP profile, I disabled Malwarebytes(antivirus), I repaired both games, I moved both games to different drives and every time, same result. I would be running along and boom. My wife would have randoms crashed in Apex too, she had opened the sound settings and the game froze, then closed back to the desk top. Tired of the cheating
Look ea if you aren't going to punish cheating and you are going to let your game be ruined by cheats then just give me my money back. About 160$ since launch for every season pass I've paid for. Im done. Tired of not even finding enjoyment In the game while im drunk cuz people just use aimbot and get away with it. The sooner you provide this the sooner I can uninstall you Game. You've become just as bad as call of duty and its sad. I trusted you. You falsely advertised what you would do and didnt uphold it. Waste of my time. I trusted you.
Playing against the clock in one-on-one matches!!
I am fed up with cheaters who think they are clever by wasting time in one-on-one matches. I do not want players who simply pass the ball around to run out the clock after scoring a goal; otherwise, I will be forced to disband my 100-player league. Hello everyone, so I created an EA account with nickname "igibvb" 3 days ago and linked it to a Steam account where I bought FC27 Ultimate Edition. I opened EA app today and a message appeared, Your account was banned. I didn't do anything on this account from the day it got created, only linked it to my Steam where I got FC27. I appealed but no decision has been made. Can anyone help me with this situation?The original email on my EA account is unrecoverable, so I can't log in.

This account has been with me for a long time, but now I can't log in because this email has been recycled, so I can't receive verification codes. The email provider can't resolve the issue, so I need to change the email linked to the [edit: email address removed] account. I've spent around 1500 hours playing Apex on this account, so it's really important to me, and I've also purchased other games.
