Kan Psn account niet koppelen aan ea account
Ik heb vandaag de bf6 beta gedownload en heb een code gekregen vanuit een drop, nu wil ik spelen, geeft het spel aan dat mijn account credentials zijn verlopen, en mn wachtwoord moest veranderen. Na dit alles gedaan te hebben. Is er nog steeds geen mogelijkheid om te spelen, ook geeft ea aan bij het koppelen van mijn psn account het niet mogelijk is omdat deze al gekoppeld is aan een aan een ander account waarvan mij niets bekend is want ik heb maar 1 account. Je accounts kunnen niet worden gekoppeld, omdat je PlayStation™Network-account PoolsePoler al is gekoppeld aan je EA-account voor f4*****@disabled.ea.com. Ik heb afgelopen week 6 EA cadeaukaarten gekocht ter waarde van 15 euro per stuk, maar zodra ik de codes wil redeemen krijg ik de volgende foutmelding: Unable to Redeem Product Code. Dit gebeurt bij elke kaart die ik heb gekocht. Verder ben ik zeker dat ik de codes 100% heb correct getypt.EA Account help wanted but live chat doesn't open
Hey, I know this probably isn't the right place, but hope someone can help me here or direct me in some way. I have two EA accounts apparently. This one and another one that is linked with my EA Play (by way of Xbox Game Pass). The one I play my games with is the EA Play one. Somehow my EA App logged me out, so I wanted to log in again. However, it was sending the verification mail to an Outlook alias of my email. But I deleted that alias a while ago and the email also didn't come in my original email. I tried setting up the alias again, that worked, however still the verification mails aren't coming in. Ideally I would like to merge both accounts (including the Xbox Game Pass/EA play subscription, as well as my games + progress) to one account (preferably this one (so not the EA play one), because then I can delete the alias as I wanted, since that alias was originally used for something I don't use anymore. I tried getting in touch with the EA live chat, but after filling in my question it keeps resetting me to the EA help homepage without any chat. I've tried deleting cookies, unblocking pop-ups, disabling browser extensions, using another browser, nothing works. So if there is some other way I can get in touch with EA for help with this it would be nice.
steam account already linked to a randoma EA account
iv had a EA account before this new one but when i want to login it says that the credentials aren't right so iv created a new EA account. i want to link it to this new account. i have prove that the steam account is mine i can send a screenshot of my account settings or purchases anything to prove that the steam account is mine i just want to link it to my new EA account but i just dont remember the login from my old account i tried every email that i have and it says that no account exist with that email and when i login with steam it says an email i dont recognize i only use @gmail/@hotmail so i dont know wth happen here here is proof that its my steam accountEmailadres
Als ik het profiel inlog met mijn playstation account, en wil dan het e-mailadres wijzigen van mijn account lukt dit niet omdat ik moet verifiëren. Het e-mailadres dat er staat is niet meer beschikbaar en heb ik geen toegang meer tot. Ik kan nergens iets vinden om het aan te passen want er komt 0 duidelijkheid uit. Graag wil ik het e-mailadres willen aanpassen naar een email waar ik wel toegang tot heb. Zie afbeelding.EA gelinkte account werkt niet
ik wil inloggen op battlefield 6, maar dan krijg ik een bericht dat ik mijn EA account wachtwoord moet herstellen. Probeer ik de QR code te gebruiken dan werkt de site niet, en dan kan ik het proberen te resetten zegt EA dat mijn PSN account al gelinkt is met een andere EA account waar ik geen toegang bij heb. En ik kan nergens contact opnemen met EA om mijn goede (deze) EA account te linken met mijn PSN. Ik heb geprobeerd in te loggen met mijn PSN account op EA om zo op het EA account te komen, maar dan wordt er gezegd er is geen gelinkte EA account. Als ik dan inlog op deze EA account en dan wil linken aan mijn PSN, wordt er gezegd het is al gelinkt aan een andere EA account? please help.
