EA Account help wanted but live chat doesn't open
Hey, I know this probably isn't the right place, but hope someone can help me here or direct me in some way. I have two EA accounts apparently. This one and another one that is linked with my EA Play (by way of Xbox Game Pass). The one I play my games with is the EA Play one. Somehow my EA App logged me out, so I wanted to log in again. However, it was sending the verification mail to an Outlook alias of my email. But I deleted that alias a while ago and the email also didn't come in my original email. I tried setting up the alias again, that worked, however still the verification mails aren't coming in. Ideally I would like to merge both accounts (including the Xbox Game Pass/EA play subscription, as well as my games + progress) to one account (preferably this one (so not the EA play one), because then I can delete the alias as I wanted, since that alias was originally used for something I don't use anymore. I tried getting in touch with the EA live chat, but after filling in my question it keeps resetting me to the EA help homepage without any chat. I've tried deleting cookies, unblocking pop-ups, disabling browser extensions, using another browser, nothing works. So if there is some other way I can get in touch with EA for help with this it would be nice.FC 25 pro clubs doesn’t work
It seems that the EA servers are simply online, and I also have a full internet connection via cable. I even tried using Wi-Fi, but I keep receiving the same message. The error says: “There was a problem retrieving your online information. Please try again.” I have already closed and restarted the game 7 times and rebooted my PS5 3–4 times, but without success. I find this very frustrating, especially since my friends can play without any issues. This happens every time I click on Play Match, although I can still access the Pro Clubs main menu. Could this problem please be resolved as soon as possible?
mijn bestemming strangerville laad niet meer op
Hallo, Sinds een paar dagen kom ik niet meer in een huis op Strangerville. Ik kan wel op Strangerville komen, maar als ik naar mijn huis wil gaan dan blijft hij maar laden, en soms gooit hij hem er ook helemaal uit, dat ik dan helemaal weer op mijn bureaublad ben. Pas geleden een mooi huis gebouwd en hij was nog niet af, dus dat is heel jammer. Er zit ook een gezin in. Een ander huis laadt ook niet op in Strangerville. Maar de verdere werelden doen het allemaal wel heel goed, snap er niks van. Strangerville deed het wel altijd goed en verder ook nooit echt problemen. Dus ik hoop dat jullie mij kunnen helpen, want het huis was bijna af en een paar dagen mee bezig geweest, zo zonde 🙄 Dus kort samengevat, ik kom gewoon op de werelden en verder doet alles het gewoon, alleen als ik in Strangerville kom dan kan ik niet in een huis, laadt dus niet. De rest van de werelden doen het wel, ik heb overigens alle pakketten, dus alle werelden. Alvast bedankt groetjes Maranka Verder kijk ik uit naar het nieuwe pakket, volgende maand 😍
